“We were just WOWED by Tobias who went out of his way to not only find us the exact material we needed for a job, but also to thoughtfully point out some things to consider which never would have entered our mind when it came to making the right selection. Tobias didn't just point to where things were; he patiently guided the process, interacted with our maintenance person and really explained certain things we were to consider. We were very impressed with Tobias and though this location is a bit of a drive from Carlsbad, it is well worth the trip. Thank you, Dixieline, for your selection of inventory and the fine folks you hire. We will be back!”

“FANTASTIC and PERSONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! From my very first call to Berger Hardware, everyone I interacted with was so extremely helpful. From Mateo to Kathy to the woman who runs the front office (I can't remember her name), they all supported each other to make my experience seamless. I broke my 17 year old Emtek door handle, and I looked all over the web for the right replacement. I was able to find the right model on several sites. But, when I went to order it, other online sites suddenly added more fees, or changed the delivery date, or weren't able to source the right model. Berger hardware spent time with me on the phone, found the right model, were able to source it, and stood by their price. On every level they were the absolute best experience. I will always go with Berger Hardware for all of my hardware needs going forward. I highly recommend them, no matter where in the US you live. Their customer service is second to none!”

“Thank you so much - your sales team is a joy! I came in with a pole (outdated but new) that I was trying to fit a window cleaning top to it. Not to be had and I was a bit sad. One lovely sales lady said, here is the UNGER pol and I'll rebate it for you. Find whatever attachment you need. How often do you get something almost for free? I am a regular for all my garden and handy work needs with Home Depot. Thank you again.”

“Have to yelp-out 5 stars to DANIELLE at the ABATIX San Diego office, (and also the Irvine office) for their combined efforts to get me ventilation testing supplies within 24 hour ! What incredible support given to me as a first-time customer. I do Industrial Hygiene consulting, and a client changed my ventilation hood survey date up a day earlier. The key item I needed were smoke testing tubes, and one call to ABATIX located them. As I was able to make a phone order before their UPS daily run I got the material by the next day in time for a successful test. HIGHLY recommend Abatix”

“Love the service and the selection - very responsive and easy to work with, and if you have questions about finishes and types of paint for specific surfaces, well, these guys are pros. Be sure to ask you HOA if they have a negotiated discount - Mine did and it saved me a lot! If you use a professional painter, they will have great discounts as well....”
