“Old washer and dryer removed (for a fee). New washer and dryer delivered fast and expertly. I got a call from an automated lady the day before saying delivery would be between 7am and 11am. Delivery folks called me on delivery day at 6:30am saying they were ten minutes away. Ok, so I won't look cute, but very happy to receive my appliances first thing. Very nice, thorough and patient delivery folks today (8/9/23) in downtown Sonora.”
“Showed up today at the cabin, (memorial day weekend) found we had a small propane leak. Called the after hours number for JS West, Victor the on call service technician was on site shortly and repaired the issue, very professional and efficient. Thank you for the awesome customer care.”
“My boyfriend experienced a nasty cut in the parking lot (unrelated to Lowe’s) and the staff were incredible in helping the situation. They provided Gatorade, gauze, and hydrocortisone while we sat on the floor and worked on stopping the bleeding. Team Member, Andrew, monitored us for the entire process and brought water and an ice pack until the wound was wrapped up and stopped bleeding. Amazing service, such an amazing team!”

The only thing I don’t understand is how my phone number got deleted them from the system because I use Sonora and Calaveras lumber a lot. I also am a veteran, and I appreciate whatever discounts I am able to get from Calaveras/Sonora lumber thank you.
