“I came into the Sonora store to trade out my phone I just got a new one and it wasn't working. I was told that this was now an authorized dealer and I would have to drive up and back 3 hours to Modesto to complete this. But an Angel came named Angelica from the Lodi store and made everything right. I was crazy upset and frustrated. 5 minutes from walking out and taking my whole family to At&t. Long story short using her experience and knowledge she was able to get it done. She is a complete saint and did it with a smile even though I was getting mad. She is an amazing employee and saved me as a Customer and saved the company from losing over $900 a month. IM Walking out happy with the phone I want and satisfied as a customer. She is most appreciated. And should be held high as an employee with your company. Her customer service is nothing less than. 120%. I will continue with Verizon because of employees like herself.
