Terrible connections in the afternoons. From 4pm ‘till about 8 every day. I am canceling and going satellite

I have never seen any other cable company send people up the mountain to help someone scan their tv channels. The other guys will have you drive for cell reception to tell you it will be a week from now on a day you have to work.
