“We had a great experience buying our couch from Couch Potato. The owner, Jackson, is fantastic and super knowledgeable. The warehouse has a great selection to see in person and try out, and most pieces can be customized color/fabric wise and to fit your space. It was a fun afternoon sitting on all the couches! We originally bought a custom sectional that ended up not fitting up our narrow stairwell. The delivery guys really went above and beyond to make it fit but it ended up not working out. Jackson worked with us to get a similar style and sized sectional that came in smaller pieces to fit up our stairs. We were super grateful and overall SO happy with our beautiful and comfy new couch. We ended up getting the Ritchie sectional from Stylus on Jackson’s recommendation and it’s amazing. A great experience all around and highly reccomended Couch Potato for anyone looking for furniture in the Santa Cruz area! 10/10”
