“They completely remodeled this place in 2026, Tom installed all new hardwood flooring with custom cushion underneath, very easy on the knees.

Also, they installed THREE pickleball courts, with PPA Style nets, not the cheap nets like some indoor facilities.

The lounge area has also been upgraded with a bar counter, tables and chairs for social events. The entire place can be rented for Pickleball Parties.

“Our 8U So Cal Royals team has been training at this facility, and it has truly been a game changer for our boys. The trainers are top notch, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled at working with young athletes. They focus on proper mechanics, strength, agility, and confidence, and it shows every time our boys step on the field.
The environment is positive, clean, and very well-organized. Each session is structured with purpose, and the coaches take the time to help every player improve individually. As a youth team, finding the right place to develop fundamentals and passion for the game is huge, and this facility delivers above and beyond.

“Drew and his team do it the right way. They tailor their workouts to your abilities while pushing you towards consistent growth. One thing that has really helped me is the accountability and feedback they provide. Having someone checking in with you on your progress and goals as well as tracking results (in-body scans) has really supported me on a daily basis. They set you up to win and provide resources to help get you there (meal plans, test results, recipes, mindset, etc) couldn’t be happier with my decision to join this gym. So glad I went to WoPro’s first free class, then signed up for 2-week trial deal, then joined as a member. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and seem to really care that you are comfortable and understand what to do. Classes vary from 2- 9 people and everyone is personable. The club is open 24/7, 365 days a year, making it easy to fit workouts into any schedule. It's rarely crowded, is conveniently located, and has ample parking. The facility is always clean, and the equipment is well maintained.

“I have been going to Carina’s for 3 years now. My session is an hour and starts with 10 minutes of cardio, followed by core, then arms/legs etc. A few people come in every half hour and so there ends up being around 3-6 people working out at any given time. But she prescribes different exercises for each person based on your individual strength and needs. I started going here toward the end of the pandemic because she diligently wipes down all the machine after each person uses it. One of the best things about Carina’s is she creates a very friendly and social environment. It’s the reason I have been so consistent about my two times per week! Everyone enjoys talking to each other and I look forward to catching up with my new friends all the time! She offers sessions Mon/Wed evenings and most mornings.”

“The gym, its staff, and the programming are all top notch! I started going to Reason after an introductory International Women’s day workout where they talked through nutrition and fitness, which then led me to a body scan and 6 sessions of personal training and 3 months of nutrition! I joined the group classes after my personal training and it’s now been 6 months. I used to do a lot of team cardio based sports but never really touched weights, and doing workouts on my own were unmotivating. Reason’s CrossFit style workouts challenge me every time I go, but it looks different every class! I’m grateful for such patient and encouraging coaches who care about form, safety, and quality movement over quantity and speed.
