“I brought my mother's car to Larry's Union Service for a comprehensive maintenance service a day later than I had originally booked over the phone, and despite their being busier that day, Larry and his staff were able to fit me in and finish the service on the same day. When I picked up the car, Larry informed me the tires needed to be replaced urgently, and he didn't care if it was at his shop (which doesn't have tires on hand, so he would've needed to order them) or another shop, but it was necessary for driver safety. Moreover, since they were still working on other cars, he didn't have time to finish writing up the invoice, so he let me take the car and called me the following week to process payment over the phone. I appreciated that he was more concerned about safety over up-selling additional services. We ended up replacing the tires at Costco, and the car has been running smoothly since. I highly recommend Larry, an honest and reliable mechanic, and his auto shop.”

The proprietor, however, very cheerfully undertook to replace it as soon as he could—for free, of course—driving quite a distance to pick up a new part for me, which new part has lasted a couple of months now without giving me any trouble. “We were stuck on the 110 shoulder for two hours, because AAA was having issues and kept saying they were sending us somebody from another tow company and they never showed up. But finally we were saved by Jesse from action towing. It was a really unsafe area where we were and he was super sweet and told us to just wait in the car. He not only gave us our gas, but he also jumped the car since the battery had died since we had waited so long. The other tow company was absolutely terrible but Jessie from action towing got there within 20 minutes and saved our night.”
