“It is the second largest Trader Joe’s in the USA. Parking oddly can be difficult at times. Too many specialized spaces for electric “only” etc. the selection is excellent and the staff as always is also excellent”

“The cashiers at this location here are trained very well and also considerate. Especially an awesome clerk Trevor who pointed out about my organic strawberry pack which I had not noticed actually had a little mold at the bottom!! Aswell as a blackberry pack that was "iffy" which I thought had checked good enough. I Highly appreciated the info! Definitely didnot want to throw these out when I returned home and bypass my great yogurt/oatmeal breakfasts soon after. Certain exceptional service deserves recognition and management should be aware of this!”
“Ralphs on the boarder of Soth Pasadena is a very clean and fairly well stocked store. The staff in the meat department are very helpful. I tend to use self check out. What I don't care for is when you approach the self check out, the staff rushes over to make sure you scan everything. There are cameras that monitor you as you scan items and also scans the cart if you leave an item in the cart... you will get a message saying there are items in the cart that need to be scanned. I don't understand why the clerk feels the need to make one feel as if they are stealing something. I've been shopping there pre covid days so I feel I am a regular patron...you shouldn't treat regulars as if they are goung to rip off the store.”
