They carry a great selection and an expanded selection of brands not found elsewhere. They have a brand of freeze-dried salmon snacks that cats love and literally everything for dogs. The staff is phenomenally friendly, knowledgeable, and always eager to help. They provide great recommendations, are very willing to help with customer questions, and offer a lot of really good information. The service is extremely helpful, with staff going the extra mile, even reopening the store for a customer after hours. They provide understanding, kindness, and true connection, helping customers find better products, including non-prescription alternatives, and warning against unsuitable items. The store has good prices and a Buddha foundation koi fish pond, contributing to its loveable atmosphere. It is a small business that wholeheartedly sets itself apart.

Joen is awesome. We came to inquire about adopting a cat, and he connected us to someone who rescues and fosters cats. He also gave us a free dog cookie as well!
