“A hit and run left some very minor scratches on my car. My insurance wanted me to determine whether it would be more than my deductible to fix. I walked into Renew and Norik immediately offered to take a look to help with the estimate. He determined that it was indeed minor and, to my surprise, offered to buff/polish it out free of charge. After 20 minutes, the car was like new. I offered to pay at least a tip, but he would not accept. Norik and Renew provided me with a great experience and impeccable results...I told him I would not hesitate to bring my car here in the future and he replied he hopes I never have to. While my car needed a lot of work, the prioritization made it possible to do the critical immediately and defer less critical for the future. Diagnostics have a cost, but are a great value as noted above. It's nice to have a complete list along with quotes - no surprises. Their prices are fair - Tim is a master bmw tech and has top notch staff mechanics. You might find a cheaper shop, but Bimmer is the best value imo.”

“I have a 2012 VW beetle. I've had my car for a long time and have always been diligent about maintenance. Two months ago, a dealership recommended that I repair a number of "issues" with my vehicle which totaled around $2600. Without any photo evidence or explanation, I opted to get a second opinion by Mauricio. I am SO relieved that I did. He and his team did a thorough multi-point inspection (which I was not charged for). Mauricio was able to explain in detail what I needed and why I didn't need most of the other recommended services. I ended up paying only $500 for brand new front brakes (I was quoted $800 by the dealership). “We were stuck on the 110 shoulder for two hours, because AAA was having issues and kept saying they were sending us somebody from another tow company and they never showed up. But finally we were saved by Jesse from action towing. It was a really unsafe area where we were and he was super sweet and told us to just wait in the car. He not only gave us our gas, but he also jumped the car since the battery had died since we had waited so long. The other tow company was absolutely terrible but Jessie from action towing got there within 20 minutes and saved our night.”
