“After dealing with a flood in a two unit building my family and I were faced with a forced renovation of two kitchens. After visiting several showrooms in the Bay Area, we decided to have Sincere Home Décor at the South San Francisco location design both kitchen cabinet layouts. We worked with Senior Designer and Sales Associate, Allison Li and we were extremely pleased by her friendly demeanor, quick response, and expertise in helping us put our two kitchens back together. Below is the incredible service we received from Allison: a. She walked us through each step of the process and really put us at ease during a very stressful renovation. b. My contractor was not familiar with the installation of the cove crown molding and cabinet base molding. Allison took the time to send photographs and included instructions on the installation. c. She has incredible attention to detail. For example, our refrigerator placement was next to a wall. Allison made sure there was enough space/clearance for the refrigerator doors to open at full width for the interior refrigerator drawers to fully pull out without the doors being in the way. d. She explained how to adjust the drawers and provided photographs. The visuals helped tremendously. e. She helped me when I had some issues with my cabinetry and worked with me through the process until it was resolved with the manufacturer. For example, my spice rack was not closing correctly. Allison worked quickly to contact the company and they sent the replacement parts to fix it. She also had her managers assist with adjusting the drawer itself when I brought it into the showroom. f. Her manager, Phil, assisted with providing documentation requested by the insurance company. When it came time to purchase our quartz countertops and hood vent, my family and I did not hesitate to purchase them from Sincere Home Décor. We received the same quality of customer service. Selecting the countertops was easily done at their Oakland warehouse and the installation by Ken was great. There were also plenty of hood vent options to select from and a simple process to order. My family and I are grateful for the excellent customer service that Allison and the entire staff at Sincere Home Décor provided to us. We highly recommend them if you are doing a kitchen remodel.”

Then he serviced my Babylock sewing machine, gave me invaluable advice on threads and helped me with free motion quilting. Sherri got me up to speed on my sewing machine and all its ins and outs. They re my go to people.”

“Jared was very informative n helpful with information for our upgrade of refrigerator n dishwasher. We had purchased home appliances from cherin's in the past. Been satisfied with product availabilities n service. Our recent dishwasher delivery/installation was a little bumpy. Not the product or cherin's but with the installer. The guy was a bit tasty. Overall, I would recommend business with cherin's n Jared. Prices are competitive and fair. Cherin's knows home appliances. I felt comfortable working with them n I hope they will be around for a long time”

“In addition to the great experience with Ruth Texin (she knows everything about appliances and is very diligent in working to solve any supply chain problems), I am very impressed with their installation team, and especially with Enrique. Our previous 30-year-old oven died (the glass door shattered) and we needed a lot of modifications to even fit a modern wall-oven in the cabinet. Enrique did a wonderful job on that, including adjusting the size of the cabinet cut-out. When there were problems getting the new oven to work (the neutral was damaged), Enrique and his team came out several times to help us debug what the problem was. It was a difficult installation but they were professional, effective, and friendly throughout. I am very impressed.”

“Todd and his installation team are phenomenal. We got our Sub-Zero here and it was a seamless process from purchase to installation. When we weren't able to take delivery immediately, Todd was very accomodating with our timeline–we felt very supported and informed with every step. When we needed extra support with installation, Todd and his team were communicative, professional, and SO hardworking. They went the extra mile and accomodated our last minute scheduling needs. “This place is a gold mine of high use cooking supplies. I love that they have sections of the store with supplies for asian, latin, pizza, and cocktails. Everything from chef weights to pizza screens. I had to make a quick departure from my first visit because there was so much I could rationalize buying. I will be back!”

“The fan belt on our dryer broke. We fixed it once a few years ago using online videos. I remember it was more difficult than viewed now on the YouTube videos. We had the difficult choice of cleaning up the garage to make a path to move in a new dryer or try to fix it again. One of the parts (pulley) did not look like what was in the videos. As soon as I opened my hand the clerk told me that Whirlpool replaced that part with another with a wheel. He was helpful and polite. It was much appreciated. He told me likely causes of the belt snapping. I was surprised that the price for the two parts with tax $32 were no more than what I saw online, in fact less than at some. We will return for other things we need in the future.”

The most recent was a memorial day purchase that actually ended up being cheaper than Costco when the dust settled. Technically way cheaper as they threw in an extra battery as a promo that I will likely resell”

“I can't say how happy I am that I bought most of our fixtures for our bathroom remodels from Keoki and Ferguson on Valencia. We have been through MONTHS of construction where we have needed to purchase EVERYTHING. Keoki was so helpful in making sure we had everything we needed PARTICULARLY the stuff we didn't know we needed! We did buy a few things from other vendors and their customer service was nowhere near as good as Ferguson. When one of the ventilation fans we purchased stopped working a few weeks after installation, Keoki made sure we had another one coming to us STAT, literally a few days, so it arrived before our electrical inspection!”

“Purchased the ILG8SF12V-ST - iLIVING 12" Shutter Exhaust Fan with Thermospeed controller.I am IMPRESSED at how efficiently this unit works. Installation was easy and everything worked as described. What really impresses me is at the low fan speed how efficient this unit moves air. Standing inside the shed with fan on low and doors closed, after about a minute I could feel significant airflow moving towards the fan. The next day the temps were in the 90’s and humid…opened the shed doors around 2pm and was astounded at how nice the temps were versus the outside. I did widen the vent on the opposite end of the shed (10'x12') to its maximum size. Highly recommend this appliance…works BETTER than advertised.”

“Another visit to the Best Buy store on Harrison Street, this time in search of a shredder to replace one that had passed hopefully to a better place after it's over 20 years with me. Wonderfully helpful person led me to them and explained the difference btwn the lower cost model and the higher cost model. First time ever that I learned about how long one could use a shredder at one time. Explained other features. Wish I had written down his name, but I also must emphasize that everyone in the store - from security guard to people on the floor helping customers, to check out personnel and even security guards are very helpful, very welcoming, and I can only compare them to the service at Nordstroms in their glory days Selection of goods is good, value excellent. It is a joy and pleasure to shop here, as everyone gives outstanding customer service. Thank you!”

“Our Bertazzoni range has been giving us problems since the beginning. Multiple calls to the headquarters resulted in them sending terrible technicians to our home, if they even came! Sometimes no one would show up! Finally, after almost a year, they put us in touch with Purcell Murray, who sent Juan to fix our stove. Juan is definitely one of the most personable, knowledgeable appliance professional that we've ever worked with. He made us feel so much better about this purchase, and also supported us in filing for an extended warranty. After about two hours, he fixed all of the major problems. “One if the few times I've used their tool rental service. Very efficient staff, Ching was working the desk with another gentleman. I had a choice of clearing a drain myself, I needed a electric snake, or calling a plumber. The choice was clear after calling a few plumbers, when they required a diagnostic fee before proceeding, I already knew the issue, a clogged or obstructed sewer drain. By the time a plumber was called, I had already went to home depot, rented the snake and probably cleared the obstruction in the waste pipe. The choice was clear so I didn't bother to contract with any plumber.If you are in need of tools, home depot may be your source providing you have the ability to use them and the knowledge, but really it may take a little longer but the results are the same.I would use home depot again if it arises that I don't have the tools to complete a job”
