“My family tried Olivier’s for the first time and we really enjoyed it! The shop is very nice, well stocked, and the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. Also great to see the owners out in the shop helping guests - we had a lot of questions and they patiently answered all of them. We bought the whole chicken roti for dinner. Very easy to cook and delicious. My kids loved it and wanted even more. We also tried a couple different breakfast sausages and we also really enjoyed them. We are looking forward to going back and trying more!”

“I use this butcher my ethnic cuts. For example when I need Greek gyro meat mix I give them a weeks notice so when trim the custard used in my mix they store the trim in a freezer so when it’s time for my large bbq gathering I get 29 of custom blen for half what Costco sells me as just off the rack non custom. They grind it exactly the grind I want. To use this butcher for custom work line this give them at least a weeks notice tell them how you will prepare the meat and take advantage of the lie expert trimming and blending. They have the tools and the skill you just need to treat them like your assistant chef I have quibbled or haggled over price yet I always pay less than the chain and I get perfect. If you have a special seasoning or rub , most likely they will grind or mix it in for you. If you like aged ( who doesn’t, be sure to ask and pay for it upfront remembering that aging can easily take thee weeks !”
