“First time I made a purchase here. I was looking for mini split line sets, but a particular kind. Uv rated, 1/2" and US manufactured, etc. They didn't have what I needed in stock, But Edwin said he can get it pretty quick for a job I'm getting ready for. Instead of choosing to get me off the phone, he gave me options. Within a few days they had the line sets, and they followed up a few times with a status.Edwin was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and followed through!I don't know why they have a 3.8 rating, they are 5 Star in my book!!
