“First time I made a purchase here. I was looking for mini split line sets, but a particular kind. Uv rated, 1/2" and US manufactured, etc. They didn't have what I needed in stock, But Edwin said he can get it pretty quick for a job I'm getting ready for. Instead of choosing to get me off the phone, he gave me options. Within a few days they had the line sets, and they followed up a few times with a status.Edwin was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and followed through!I don't know why they have a 3.8 rating, they are 5 Star in my book!! “Just a tip: they do not fill CO2 tanks but rather exchange them out. If you happen to be looking for CO2 fills for paintball tanks they will not do it! That being said, they were extremely informative about the process to fill a tank and even pointed me in a direction to find a place to fill CO2 tanks. (This review is only for paintball tanks for aquarium CO2 regulators where the hunt continues!)”
