I showed up unannounced to the shop. Jerry took the time to discuss and understand the issue. He took the car and followed-up by phone to share ETA, pricing, time to repair. So the quote was very transparent. I recommend this shop greatly if you are looking for quality, realiability, and no inflated pricing.
