I was informed of my vehicle's fluid, air filter, and they even checked the air pressures on my vehicle. I received a full synthetic oil. These guys are 100% professional service!!!”

“This review is for the Toyota of El Cajon parts department.I had a decent experience purchasing a part from Toyota of El Cajon. I needed to replace the seatbelt receiver in my Tundra. I found the part on various websites prior to looking at a dealership. Toyota of El El Cajon is near my work place so I checked them. Surprisingly, they were the same price or cheaper than any site and without shipping costs.I easily found and paid for the part on Toyota of El Cajon website I received a confirmation e-mail. The confirmation wasn't quite clear if the part was in stock or not so I stopped by after work. The part was not in stock, but the dude behind the counter told me it would be ready any time after the 9:00 AM on the following day (Saturday). He said I would receive an e-mail when it was ready for pick up. Around 10:00 the next morning I had not yet received an e-mail so I called. My part was indeed ready for pick up. I drove over, he handed my part to me and I was good to go. At 10:44 AM I finally received the e-mail letting me know that my part was ready for pick up. LOL!Overall good experience. Not perfect, but good. Friendly service. On Sunday I removed the seat from said Tundra, installed the new receiver and re-installed the seat. My Seahawks were down 7-0 when I started. They were losing 14-0 when I finished. The game ended 37-3 in favor of the Ravens.Saturday was way better than Sunday!”
“Came here this morning 10/14/2023 to get a slow leak in one of my tires looked at, turned out I had a nail in it. They fixed no questions asked! While I was there I inquired about some tires for my QX56 with a gentleman named Arturo. This guy not only took care of my slow leak but he also gave me the best deal on the market for a brand new set of tires. After replacing my tires Arturo informed me that my car sounded weird when they started it and asked if he could take a look at my Battery, he showed me that my Battery wasn’t holding a standard 12V on the charger and gave me an incredible deal on a brand new FVP Platinum.So with all that being said, I have one more thing to say and that’s Thank you to Arturo and the American Tire Depot for truly taking care of me and my Vehicle’s!Highly recommend asking for Arturo if you have any Vehicle issues, this guy is a no nonsense type of guy that gets straight to the point and gives you his best price possible!”
