“I love the Bootbarn. The staff is always friendly and helpful when I come in. The biggest plus is that they stretch your boot shafts for you, and I just found this out. I always struggle to find cute boots because I don't have small calves and they don't always carry the wide shaft in store. Now I can pick any boot I want!”

When we told her we are from out of town so we weren’t able to go to another Macy’s, she looked for a sample size of the cologne in another department so he could at least have that. And she brought me a sample size of another perfume for me to try too!! I thought she was so sweet! Thank you for the great customer service!!”
