I am always relieved to see she is there when my dad is in need. Today again she solved a bunch of problems and we walked away with two pair of shoes and a very happy daddy. She does it all with a smile on her face and multitasking as well. Skechers is lucky to have her!”

“DSW is the shoe wearhouse that you can find a lot of good brands with good prices. That is not the reason that I gave a 5 star review. It is because of the team members who are very helpful and caring. Today I went to exchange three pairs of kids sneakers that recently I bought online for my grand children with no receipt and record. The manager, Miss Maricore was listening to me while I explained my situation to Rose. After a couple of questions they both found a way for prove of purchase. I ended up getting the same ones with the correct sizes and ended up being a very satisfied and loyal customer. They both exceeded my expectations.”

It is complete full service here and he made sure I tried enough sizes to get the perfect fit. I was able to find the Wide here which Nobody else has. I searched online on Amazon and Red Wings Website. None of them had Wide Sizes. I am so glad I made the Trip to the store because I guessed my size all wrong. Red Wings are incredibly well made in the USA. I have always had Irish Setters but decided to take the plunge and get the Iron Rangers. They are beautiful and as Solid as they come. Oliver answered all of my questions and was very patient. It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this Brand and Location. Thanks again El Cajon!”
“Cynthia behind the men’s fragrance counter was extremely helpful, kind, and courteous. The cologne that my fiancé wanted was not in stock, so she went out of her way to find it in another location. When we told her we are from out of town so we weren’t able to go to another Macy’s, she looked for a sample size of the cologne in another department so he could at least have that. And she brought me a sample size of another perfume for me to try too!! I thought she was so sweet! Thank you for the great customer service!!”

They order a new hat within less than a week we received it. My family member loved it so much he is now a recurring customer.
