“I got into a real jam that ClickAway got me out of. Spend way to much money to build my 2 kids gaming PC's for Xmas. One of them fire up and worked perfectly. The other one wanted to keep resetting randomly. This was beyond my skillset so I called Trang Dinh at ClickAway and explained my pickle. Mind you this is 4 days before Xmas. She told me to bring it and she would get to work on it immediately. The issue took some time to track down and it turned out to be a faulty motherboard. Trang let me know that she felt the power supply and the Mb should both be changed out. I rushed replacements from Amazon which arrived on Xmas eve. Spent all night rebuilding the PC. Very relived and happy to report that Trang's troubleshooting was spot on. New MB and power supply worked perfectly and Dad was able to look like a superstar to both my kids as I delivered working gaming PC's. Both PC's have been in heavy use since Xmas with zero faults.
Trang literally save Xmas in my house this year. Cant thank her enough. She charged me a very fair price for the work rendered. She was very engaging and communicative throughout the entire process.

“Hit "format disc" on my extended storage drive instead of my memory card. Oops. Brian ran 2 different scans and put them on a drive I provided. Most all file root systems are intact. Pretty much saved almost everything, with slightly different results on both scans. Now I'll just run Duplicate File Finder Pro and delete the dupes...and consolidate. Do a little more digging and all is good. Good service and good experience. Lucky to have taken it to him immediately. Highly recommended!”

“I took my elderly mother with me to pick up her exciting new Airpod Pro 2 which are going to have a new clinical grade hearing aid function for the first time. My mother's increasingly worse hearing problems have greatly decreased her quality of life and well being so I'm so excited and thankful that Apple has added this life changing feature. I hope it works when the firmware gets rolled out soon!
I am here to thank Apple and encourage them to continue creating these solutions that help improve quality of life for so many, but I'm also here to equally say how wonderful the Apple employee named Kaho was to me and my mother. Kaho was helping us pair the new Airpods but as I suspected they would cause problems, my mother's old ipad and old iphone were not making that simple. Not only did Kaho and Jeff solve our pairing issues but they made the experience truly wonderful. Kaho turned out to be Japanese like me and my mother and switched to Japanese for my mom who does not understand English very well and Kaho instinctively talked loud enough as well for my mother to hear her and talking to Kaho made my mother smile. Most people ignore people who can't hear and will talk to the one who can, but Kaho went out of her way to engage in conversation with my mother. Kaho was truly a Godsend to us! Jeff was also incredible and while Kaho had to help others, he filled in seamlessly and they successfully got the new Airpods connected for us while also being very pleasant. Now we just can't wait for the new hearing aid firmware to be released in a few days hopefully!”
