“Recently, I got a scooter lift (Bruno ASL-275) at United Access and was received the support from Ricardo Garcia, service manager. He was kind, caring, and courteous with my needs. There was an issue with the scooter lift being too low and scrape the ground on certain driveways, and he is currently assisting me with this problem. I also have got my hand controls here many times, since 2002, starting with my first car. This place is a great place for support with ADA equipment.”

“I communicated with Leslie from Customer Service who assisted me with an exchange. I purchased a motorcycle jacket liner that was too big and I sent it back in exchange for a smaller size. The company's policy is to inspect the item to be exchanged before they send the new item. The exchange is facilitated through the USPS and it takes many days for packages to travel between California and Florida. I asked Leslie if there was a way to speed up the process because of an upcoming motorcycle trip, and she told me that I could purchase a new jacket liner and the exchanged liner's status would be reclassified as a return and they would forego the $10 return fee the company charges. Exchange items are free and a returned item includes a $10 fee. Although you can only contact the company through email correspondence, I found them responsive and willing to accommodate my needs. “I had such a great experience today! Daniel provided exceptional service and truly went above and beyond to make my son with special needs and me feel welcome and understood. He was so accommodating and patient — even when my son was grabbing things and showing some sensory-seeking behaviors.
Daniel really took the time to help my son transition from his old wheelchair into the rental we desperately needed. He reassured us, never made us feel rushed, and treated everything like it was no big deal. He even offered my son a fresh cold, bottled water to encourage him to go into the new chair. That kind of compassion means the world to families like ours.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a wheelchair rental. I called this morning, and by the time we arrived, the chair was ready and waiting for us in front. We tested it out, it worked perfectly, and it’s been an absolute lifesaver.

“Very nice service they helped clean my tank because basically it had a bunch of corrosion and liquid. And they helped clean and dry everything out free of charge. this was all included in the service of the Hydro test, which was only $35 at the time of this writing”

“We was visiting from a different state and my usual wheelchair repair people at Westpeak in Colorado are the worst ever. They keep breaking not fixing my chair. We came to visit California and my innertube for my wheelchair was flat no thanks to Westpeak. I called 10 places that said they can fix chairs right away. A couple even come to you. Yet not one could fix an innertube. One of the places recommended that I call OC Medical. They told me to drop my wheel by. Lol thank goodness I carry around 2 sets of wheels. Later on we received a call. OC Medical said they can help and gave an estimate. The next morning it was ready. Thank goodness. 30 day warranty. Pay in cash. They was a blessing.”

“The lady was very nice and it seemed she was doing the best that she could but she didn't know much English which was fine we made it work but the major issue was that I had a procedure coming up and needed a rollator and they got everything going for me and when I came to pickup the guy who normally puts the orders for the day together apparently didn't so we had a big ole box and I ended up having to pay and put together the item not having a clue how to do so. The young lady didn't know to put it together or to try and find the directions but again we got it together but over the phone thy are nice and kind and help you throughout gh the entire process and I am grateful and the little build wasn't bad because I can take the entire thing to pieces if I need to do it worked out”

“I always do my inventory here. They have great products from supplies for acu, cupping, moxa, to patient gown, tonic pills. They also have great cbd oil level 5 from CBD clinic. Best stuff. When they were out, I tried uncle buds cbd, hemps' cbd oil, mushroom oil, nothing is as good as CBD level 5 oil. Will always come back. Staffs are nice as always.”

“My Resmed S9 ASV had a "motor fault" message showing on the screen. I called Advans CPAP spoke to Louis. I shipped it there and he fixed in 3 days and promptly shipped it back. It was a reasonable charge. I initially was hesitant to ship it, because I didn't know who these people are, but the reviews were good. I am so glad that I did. I've used the machine for a couple of days now and it works like it did before I had this problem. I will trust them for all my CPAP needs. Thank you Louis and Advans CPAP.”
“A great big shout out to Rick for a very fast fix to my malfunctioning three wheel scooter. My scooter would not engage the motor, but battery was fine. I took it over to the store. He did a quick inspection of a connection and found a bent pin. He straighten out the pin, and the scooter ran fine. I tried to pay him, he refused the money cause he said he didn't do any thing..but I explained to him ....it saved me a lot of trouble. He wished me a Merry Christmas...he really is a nice guy...”
