A woman named Deanna dealt with the DMV to get the plates, which I'm sure was a huge hassle, because dealing with the dmv is never fun. So they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. “My Golden four wheel scooter was not working properly after my last trip. Apparently the Airline dropped it and cracked the front end mechanism. I didn’t realize it right away. I took it to Alpine and right away. They told me it had been dropped. The only way that could’ve happened was through the airline I didn’t report to the airline so I simply paid and have them fix From now on, I will check immediately when I get home to make sure it’s working properly and not have to pay for any more Repair bills due to the Airlines negligence. My new go to medical supply is Alpine. They were so kind and took very good care of me. I will recommend them for anyone that needs any type of Medical Supplies.”

“I communicated with Leslie from Customer Service who assisted me with an exchange. I purchased a motorcycle jacket liner that was too big and I sent it back in exchange for a smaller size. The company's policy is to inspect the item to be exchanged before they send the new item. The exchange is facilitated through the USPS and it takes many days for packages to travel between California and Florida. I asked Leslie if there was a way to speed up the process because of an upcoming motorcycle trip, and she told me that I could purchase a new jacket liner and the exchanged liner's status would be reclassified as a return and they would forego the $10 return fee the company charges. Exchange items are free and a returned item includes a $10 fee. Although you can only contact the company through email correspondence, I found them responsive and willing to accommodate my needs. Thank you very much Leslie and Venture Heat.”

I just called up a few days before, asked if they had any models that would fit in the dimensions of my car space and they had the size, weight and price ready to go. i reserved over the phone, it was fully charged when i picked it up and it was PERFECT for the festival!! 10/10 i will absolutely be back next time i need any new accessibility tools!!”

But I had a problem with shipping when supposedly my August shipment was left at a group mailbox area for 148 units, instead of being delivered to my door. I wondered why I never got it, so I called. And that is so was dropped off, so no supplies. I have always told them that when my order is up I would pick it up. I love e only a mile away. I live in a gated complex with over 600 units. If it was shipped UPS, USPS, FedEx or even DHL they know where I live by name. So now I have to wait till November. I will make do. But I am upset.”

“The lady was very nice and it seemed she was doing the best that she could but she didn't know much English which was fine we made it work but the major issue was that I had a procedure coming up and needed a rollator and they got everything going for me and when I came to pickup the guy who normally puts the orders for the day together apparently didn't so we had a big ole box and I ended up having to pay and put together the item not having a clue how to do so. The young lady didn't know to put it together or to try and find the directions but again we got it together but over the phone thy are nice and kind and help you throughout gh the entire process and I am grateful and the little build wasn't bad because I can take the entire thing to pieces if I need to do it worked out”
