“This Verizon Authorized Retailer provides an exceptionally smooth and positive experience. The employees are all extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their customer service is top tier, going out of their way to help those with issues that most official Verizon stores would've charged for. They even installed a complimentary phone case and screen protector, which saved my phone from a major accident I had on a roller coaster at Knott's Berry Farm. If it wasn't for them, I would've had to shell out $$$ to replace a brand new screen. I highly recommend them for their outstanding service!”

“Our experience at the AT&T store was beneficial to us because we reduced our monthly cost by changing the service type and also gaining more service features. We also agreed to letting them show us the amount of money with improved service we would get if we changed our Internet provider. We are on a 7 day trial with what they suggested. We expect to go back and buy a new Apple phone from them as a result of our experience with them. This might put us on a 3 year plan, but we are not obligated at this point. Hard to believe, but for us, AT&T showed that they can be very competitive in the current cell phone service industry

After coming off a frustrating situation with Spectrum, this felt like night and day. The entire process was smooth, clear, and refreshingly efficient. All the promotions were honored without any hassle, and we walked away actually excited about our new service.
It took no more than 30 minutes, and everything was handled with care and precision. We truly felt taken care of, not just like another number. On top of that, our internet installation is already scheduled, and service has been excellent so far.
