“My wife was trying to change her number to her new unlocked phone with our prepaid account but we were having trouble even with the Verizon reps over the phone. The in-store rep, Erick, didn't give up and finally was able to figure out out this weird issue that should have been simple We're so grateful for his help, definitely 5 stars service. Nothing replaces in-person help.”

“There’s no other wireless company on the planet that connects you like AT&T. They’re sufficient, proficient and prolific! When I go into my AT&T store , I’m either helped by Mariane or Alex and I’d have to tell you they not only make me feel welcomed but the also make me feel like I’m doing business with family. Sometimes I stop by just to add funds to my account and see how their day is going! They’re such an excellent team and a great fit for the company at that store.”

“After spending over two hours on the phone with customer service without getting the issue resolved, I decided to go to the store, and I’m so glad I did. Bentley went above and beyond to help me and took care of the issue. He is extremely knowledgeable about their systems and clearly knows what he’s doing. While I was at the store, we called customer service for assistance, but they couldn’t even figure out what needed to be done. Bentley actually tried to explain to them how to fix the problem because he didn’t have the authority or access in their system to fix it himself, even though he knew exactly what needed to be done. After another 35 minutes on the phone with customer service, with Bentley right there trying to guide them, he eventually figured out a way to resolve the issue on his own. What a great experience and outstanding customer service from Bentley! He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely went out of his way to help me. He deserves recognition for his dedication to taking care of customers.”

“Jason Haller the manager of this Bouquet Canyon Store in Valencia and is a miracle worker! After getting the round around for weeks with ATT online and their Santa Barbara store, I visited the ATT store on Bouquet Canyon Rd. in Valencia out of desperation. Jason listened to my long terrible experience with AT&T and asked great questions. He then went round and round with the main AT&T office on his computer and phone trying to resolve my issues. Turns out Jason knows more that their main office representative. Same company, same computer system, same files & different information. I never stood a chance .... till Jason got involved. HE FIXED THE PROBLEM ONLY BECAUSE OF HIS INCREDIBLE KNOWLEDGE OF CELL PHONES AND THE AT&T SYSTEM. Had I met him long ago I would not have decided to remove my 4 cell phones from the AT&T system. (I also cancelled my 5 AT&T landlines earlier in the month.) I am very grateful to him and I hope that AT&T realizes how lucky they are that he is the Bouquet Canyon Road AT&T store manager.”

“I took my 82year-old mother to this store and the store manager Mary was very kind and helping my mom get set up on her replacement phone moving all for information over from the old phone to the new one which took a little while. Also unfortunately my mom forgot her passwords for Facebook and Google and Mary was very helpful in helping my mom out. I just want to say I've dealt with Mary in the past and she's just been nothing but incredible. I would definitely recommend this particular Cricket store to anyone, the entire staff is simply incredible. Again Mary thank you for all of your help and your patience. Alex. F”

“The girl that helped me was fantastic! I can’t remember her name but she greeted me immediately. Very pleasant, asked me good questions as I was seeking info to upgrade my phone. She had the answers or found the answer to questions I had. The only issue is I had to have to wait for the specific iPhone model I want. Today is the following day and it seems it should be delivered to the store tomorrow. This isn’t the girls fault they just have limited options in the store. Probably because of frequent store break-ins. It did solve the wait forever in the store from past experiences. Overall it’s been a very good experience. The girl that helped made the difference for me.”
