“Had an entire aisle for snow, snowboard and ski related things. A lot of used ski and snowboard boots (didn’t see or check prices), and ski poles (looked new, priced like new). Not a lot of actual skis tho, but better selection for snowboarders
The rest of the store is great for those who play golf, baseball and other spring/summer sports”

“I called four stores in the Contra Costa/San Joaquin Delta area for a specific item. Outdoor Sportsman was the only one that had what I was looking for, and they carried several of the item that I needed.
I walked in a couple of days later to make the purchase. The salesman immediately remembered the phone conversation and handed me the number of the item that I requested on the phone. He also gave me helpful advice on how to fix an issue on another item.
Everyone working there greeted me with a smile when I arrived and as I left. It was a pleasure doing business with the people at Outdoor Sportsman in Stockton, Ca. I look forward to shopping there again.”

“I’m only taking one star off because the ladies at the register seemed like they just didn’t wanna be there… Their demeanor was very frustrated and they just looked annoyed… I can understand them being under pressure because of holiday returns and what not, but Matthew was their saving grace! His Customer Service skills are beyond reproach and he’s a very nice person. That guy needs a raise… He just needs to remember to breathe. There’s a lot going on and he got a little bit, distracted, but other than that, he was awesome. The store is very well organized and clean. I recommend shopping there.”
“If you look carefully enough you're likely to score a good deal here. Or if you've simply gotta have the latest shoe and wanna drop some dough then they've also got what you're looking for. Staff were knowledgeable about a wide variety so big I'm not sure how they keep it all locked in but somehow they do. The store was also laid out for an easy shopping experience. She was polite and friendly, which was a huge thing for me. I know working customer service can be challenging at times but she really took her time explaining things and finding out more information for me as well. I had to get off of the phone slightly abruptly and when I called back an hour later another associate I believe her name is Issa (but I'm not completely sure) has answered the phone and was able to recognize my situation and actually knew about my problem as well. These two associates were amazing and I hope they get some type of recognition. It really meant a lot how patient they were, especially in a time like this.”
