He took the time to thoroughly explain my son's foot scan and patiently had him try several different insoles to find the one that would best relieve his ongoing foot pain. We never felt rushed, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about helping us find the right solution rather than just making a sale.

“Great place, Great people! They were super accommodating :) You must prepay for services to repair boots (I dont blame them, good business practice). Repairs were done well! Red Wing Boots have a 1 year warranty for manufacture type defects*, not normal wear and tear, but repairs are reasonable! Would recommend buying! High quality 👌”

““Absolutely blown away by how much stuff this store carries. From cowboy boots, hats, belts, and western wear to decorations and Mexican-themed items, this place feels like a hidden treasure shop. Every corner had something different to look at. The selection of boots and hats alone was huge, and the store had a really fun western/Mexican vibe inside. I honestly didn’t expect the store to be this packed with merchandise. If you like western style, ranch wear, or just browsing unique items, this place is worth visiting.””

“I have been shopping at this store now for I believe about 4 years off and on but then recently a solid every 4 to 6 months for the past 2 years I keep on forgetting to leave your review because I just get so busy when I go home and then forget to do the review I will post some photos later but I just wanted to leave this review because every single time I get greeted by the customers here or over the phone when I called during the daytime I've only gotten to speak to the morning times that stuff over the phone and then I physically am helped with the evening stuff but both morning stuff and evening stuff are phenomenal and I just wanted to give this to her a shout out because they also go through a lot of bulshit with the people who are living homeless on the street to come into their store and try to grab stuff I hope law enforcement actually does something about it the management when I was there last has expressed to me that they call the police but the police don't do anything in that needs to be addressed these people inside the store every time I have been helped they help me with great effort and they help the customers that I witness with my own eyes and help them as well so some people on here are two opinionated and these women here and young men are very kind this store has never done me wrong”

“I walked in needing absolutely nothing.
Thirty minutes later I was considering buying cowboy boots, a hat, a belt, and possibly a ranch.
The boots were so shiny I could see my reflection and my future in them. I put on one pair and immediately felt qualified to herd cattle despite having zero experience.
The hats were dangerous. I tried one on and instantly started saying 'y'all' every other sentence.
The store smelled like leather, hard work, and country music.
My only complaint is that I left wanting things my wallet wasn't emotionally prepared for.
Overall, if you've ever wanted to feel like the main character in a country song, this is the place.
Would answer their call again.

“This is such an amazing store that my family and I visit every time we are in Stockton. They have a wide selection of everything you can even think of. The cloths selection and lashes are super popular and for good reason. Best quality, price, and service. Jackie is my favorite!”
“Words cannot express my amazing experience today. I walked by the Flair boutique today and saw an amazing coat in the window. I said to myself I can’t go in there dressed in sweats, due to it is such a classy boutique. So I kept walking. When I was driving home I couldn’t get the beautiful coat in the window off my mind. I then decided to call. I spoke with a lady named, Kate. She was so nice on the phone. She said come in and try it on. She was so nice on the phone. That I felt comfortable to go in. Even though I felt uncomfortable. I am so happy I went in. I bought three one of a kind blouses and two jackets. Words cannot express how amazing the quality of these items. You cannot find quality clothing like this, sadly anymore. Also, what impressed me the most was the customer service. Carolyn the owner and Kate who was helping me are so professional and nice. They did not make me feel uncomfortable by the way I was dressed. In addition, they were not overwhelmingly trying to sell me items like another store I have been to in Lincoln Center but attentive enough to make my feel welcome. Carolyn I see why you have had this classy gem since the 80’s. I remember around Christmas time several years ago when I got the pleasure to gift wrap the items customers bought from you. I was only 16 years old. I had a work permit. I am now able to afford to buy some items from you. Thank you both very much for making my shopping experience so amazing and not making me feel uncomfortable by what I was wearing. I will be back to shop here.”
“Staff was great helped me out best they could. when we couldn't find the shoes that I wanted in store they promptly helped me make an online order to have them delivered to the store and picked up. The only thing was when my shoes were delivered I got no notification other than that everything was great”

Staff were knowledgeable about a wide variety so big I'm not sure how they keep it all locked in but somehow they do. The store was also laid out for an easy shopping experience. “The main guy here is very helpful and nice . And the boots I bought are very comfortable and reasonable in price. Come get your pair and all your work gear. Today is 6/2/2026 @1:33pm and he sold me some boots that didn’t fit but was inclined to correct the mistake and make it right. I appreciate that because I was upset that they didn’t fit my feet 👣. After he reversed the mistake and made it right I felt so much better about the whole situation. He does do good business. Thank you”
