He took the time to thoroughly explain my son's foot scan and patiently had him try several different insoles to find the one that would best relieve his ongoing foot pain. We never felt rushed, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about helping us find the right solution rather than just making a sale.

“The main guy here is very helpful and nice . And the boots I bought are very comfortable and reasonable in price. Come get your pair and all your work gear. Today is 6/2/2026 @1:33pm and he sold me some boots that didn’t fit but was inclined to correct the mistake and make it right. I appreciate that because I was upset that they didn’t fit my feet 👣. After he reversed the mistake and made it right I felt so much better about the whole situation. He does do good business. Thank you”
“Came into the store after buying from the Carhartt website twice, and not getting the right items. Going into the store, the clerk Nathan had more information about the items then the website did. He provided quick customer service & signed me up as a memeber for deals too! Forget buying online running the risk of not getting exactly what you need & get it right the 1st time at Work World!”
“Been a long time customer of Red Wing. I always come back to this location in Stockton, on Pacific because they take there time and ensure you have a properly fitting boot, they are not high pressure or pushy at all. I love the service I get here. Bought a pair of TruGuard Lite 02552 Black with the wire lace that ratchets. I also bought the Anti Fatigue Elite inserts for arch suport, after getting my feet scanned and pressure points measure on their scanner. Go see Irasema she's excellent and will make sure your good to go.”

““Absolutely blown away by how much stuff this store carries. From cowboy boots, hats, belts, and western wear to decorations and Mexican-themed items, this place feels like a hidden treasure shop. Every corner had something different to look at. The selection of boots and hats alone was huge, and the store had a really fun western/Mexican vibe inside. I honestly didn’t expect the store to be this packed with merchandise. If you like western style, ranch wear, or just browsing unique items, this place is worth visiting.””

The only thing was when my shoes were delivered I got no notification other than that everything was great”

“If you look carefully enough you're likely to score a good deal here. Or if you've simply gotta have the latest shoe and wanna drop some dough then they've also got what you're looking for. Staff were knowledgeable about a wide variety so big I'm not sure how they keep it all locked in but somehow they do. The store was also laid out for an easy shopping experience. Come find the next pieces for your slick fit.”
“The other day, I visited Shoe Palace on Wilson Way to see if they still had the Jordan 12 Flu Game's that just released‼To my surprise, they still had the size I was looking for‼ They were Birthday Gift's, so I'm so glad they were there‼

“I walked in needing absolutely nothing.
Thirty minutes later I was considering buying cowboy boots, a hat, a belt, and possibly a ranch.
The boots were so shiny I could see my reflection and my future in them. I put on one pair and immediately felt qualified to herd cattle despite having zero experience.
The hats were dangerous. I tried one on and instantly started saying 'y'all' every other sentence.
The store smelled like leather, hard work, and country music.
My only complaint is that I left wanting things my wallet wasn't emotionally prepared for.
Overall, if you've ever wanted to feel like the main character in a country song, this is the place.
Would answer their call again.

“I went in looking around and saw a really nice flowy melrose top. they only had mediums, so I asked if it were the only sizes they had. veronica went to go check in the back and unfortunately didn’t have it in my size. she was so kind to call the Tillys at trinity park, and they let her know that they had the top in my size. she asked them if they could put the top on hold for me. I’m not really one to write reviews, but veronica was so kind to go out of her way to call for me; she was so helpful. I appreciate it, thank you!”
