“I love coming here because I always find really cute items. They actually have a lot of Sanrio items here. Everything here is super cute. I do wish that the items were more affordable and that they have my size. I guess things just sell out too quickly. The good news is that the sales associates can help you look at other store locations and look online to see if your size is available. There's an additional shipping fee to ship to your home address, but there's no additional shipping fee if you have it shipped to a Box Lunch store of your choice. I opted for the store pick up option. I like how there is a fitting room here. So, you can try before you buy! Some locations actually don't have a fitting room apparently. :/I was supposed to get a tracking number or notification when the item ships, but I only received a confirmation for the order and a notification that my order is ready for pick up, which I found a little odd. I also tried to check the status of my order from their online website, but it says "status: NULL", which I'm not sure why it said that. And at the bottom it said "backorder". The staff here are helpful and very friendly, so that's a plus. There's usually some type of special deal(s) going on like buy one get one 30% off. I definitely will be on the lookout for more cute things! Tip: If you see something weird, just call the store or the customer service number to double check that your order is actually ready for pick up. You wouldn't want to go all the way over there, just to find out it never arrived yet.”

“The clothes are really nice, especially in the jeans department with a good variety when it comes to sizes, length, type of pant, etc. The store often has sales that drop he prices quite low. But beware, the prices are most of the time really high, but they have clearance sections. The customer service is okay, nothing to rave about. The waiting rooms often have really long lines, but I think due to corona I haven't seen anyone there.”

“Honestly, I'm not really a thrift store shopper. I do however, love this place! Crossroads is a little different from your usual thrift store. They carry a lot of designer brands. They sell a lot of items that are trendy and that are in style. This particular Crossroads is their outlet store....which I love love love! I've purchased a D&G belt for $18 and just recently an HCL handbag for $20! If you know HCL handbags then you know they aren't cheap. So this was a golden steal. Let's just say I was excited LOL. They are picky with what they sell and the items are in great condition for the most part. I love how they post a lot of their items on IG. You get a sneak peak of what they have ready on the floor available to be purchased. It's a good way to entice their customers lol. This store is pretty clean. They have really good customer service. The location is in a fairly good area. Parking is no problem since it's in a shopping center. If you are looking for a trendy thrift store, then this is the store for you to check out.”

After working here for a couple months I would like to say that this is the best looking Burlington in Northern California. It's newer, it's nicer, a lot more clean and organized thanks to the most experienced and patient workers here. I currently work here as security and I can say that I underestimated a lot of the employees here. They take their time to clean up everyone's mess and just remember when you're shopping here please thank your cashier for working hard every single day coming in to make sure that there's always someone there to help you. Please give this place five stars because they're going to keep going and they're going to keep trying to make this the best Burlington in Northern California.”
