“This is the best hardware store. The staff are so helpful, especially for someone like me who doesn’t have a lot of experience navigating the DIY Projects I ambitiously take on.
I decided to paint my apt and wanted to be riskier. I picked a few samples that didn’t land and almost lost hope. But Brian (sp?) was so encouraging and reassured me to keep going! He was so right and he helped me pick Hasbrouck Brown for my bedroom.
I was coming in every other day for a week and they never got sick of me. Graeme is the paint expert and helped me get setup for success, getting all the right supplies and picking my living room color.
Regardless of the project, every time you walk in there is a friendly face who says: how can I help you? And that just exemplifies how they operate- with kindness and expertise!”

“Eagle Tools is my “go-to” vendor for professional woodworking tools. I’ve have been going there for years and I’m constantly impressed with their quality, selection and service. The staff is outstanding! John and Greg are always ready to answer questions and assist with sales. Gabe runs the show and is following beautiful in his founding father’s (Jessie) footsteps. The store is extensive and masterfully organized. They are customer centric and regularly provide demo days and interactive product training. I give my highest recommendation and feel confident that any avid woodworker will delight in a visit to this awesome establishment.”

“I have been a huge fan of Harbor freight as a company for a very long time. The quality of the tools continues to improve while the prices remain very reasonable.
This particular store is very similar to most other so cal locations. It offers a wide variety of Tools and other Chinese made goodies. Unfortunately, most of the California locations that I have been to all seem to employ people with very poor customer service. At this location it feels like the employees are jaded. At first I thought that maybe they were just having a bad day, but nope. I have been here dozens of times and they still seem very cold and dismissive”
“I don't get out that way too often but when I do visit this shop I always find the item that I need and even found a Shindaiwa sprayer which has lasted at least 15 years so far in professional use. It did require a new hose at one point and the owner of this shop happened to have the exact hose all for a very good price. I just wish they were closer to me. I usually have to go to (the horrible) "Simon's" shop or to Johns.”
