The email I sent, however, was answered immediately and the much awaited bulb arrived shorty thereafter. I assign the stars to the representative who made this work. “I called inquiring about a copper fitting. The attendant on phone actually asked to be placed on hold to make sure it was in stock. It was confirmed. Though driving to there, I haven't visited the area post burnt surroundings. Of course I saw the news outlet pictures, but seeing the aftermath just broke my heart. But my experience in the store was great.efficient, professional, and just pleasure to see all there beaming smiling faces. ♥️”

“This is the best hardware store. The staff are so helpful, especially for someone like me who doesn’t have a lot of experience navigating the DIY Projects I ambitiously take on. I decided to paint my apt and wanted to be riskier. I picked a few samples that didn’t land and almost lost hope. But Brian (sp?) was so encouraging and reassured me to keep going! He was so right and he helped me pick Hasbrouck Brown for my bedroom. I was coming in every other day for a week and they never got sick of me. Graeme is the paint expert and helped me get setup for success, getting all the right supplies and picking my living room color. Regardless of the project, every time you walk in there is a friendly face who says: how can I help you? And that just exemplifies how they operate- with kindness and expertise!”

“Really happy with our experience with Westside Bath. The team was easy to work with, communicative, and professional from start to finish. They also helped guide us in choosing the right materials and products for our project, which made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. The workmanship and attention to detail were great, and you can tell they genuinely care about the quality of what they do. Overall, just a really smooth experience and we’d definitely recommend Westside Bath to anyone planning a bathroom renovation.”

1801 North Western Avenue, Los Angeles CA 90027
“Been going here since the 80's (when it was in a different location). There's something very appealing about old-style neighborhood hardware stores. As a kid I loved exploring the seemingly overcrowded aisles. You'll always find something unexpected. Most important is the knowledgeable staff. There is always someone available to help you get what you need and even give you ideas and solutions if you are uncertain about your repair. This location is close enough to the more famous mega-hardware/home repair store. Come here first. If you don't find it here you can always go there afterwards (but they don't always have what you need either).”

“Very happy I chose to buy windows and doors for my ADU from Superior Moulding. Elton was incredibly helpful throughout. He showed me lots of options and even gave me ideas regarding doors that I didn’t think of or come across from my research, including an option that was more cost effective for me. He also helped problem solve a couple of issues I had during construction. Will definitely buy from Elton and Superior Moulding again. Highly recommend.”
3221 W Magnolia Blvd, Burbank CA 91505
“They had what I needed. But the associate on the floor who helped me was a miserable person. But I will say the cashier who rang me up was the exact opposite. She was great.”

“This store is an absolute gem. The customer service is amazing to the point where I find myself standing around talking to the gentlemen that work there feeling right at home. They have everything and anything you might need and if perchance they don’t, they’ll point you in the right direction. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES.”
