I recently had to take my car in for repairs after being rear-ended and I was so relieved that George and Jack were quick to help me out. Right off the bat, I noticed other luxury vehicles (Mercedes Benz, BMWs, etc) were in the shop getting repairs so that was reassuring to see. (Not to mention the other reviews online!)
George came out to look at the damages and after talking to him for a few minutes, I knew that this was the shop I wanted to go with. With all the stress of the accident/insurance/life/etc, I had peace of mind after handing George the keys.
One of the things that stood out to me is their work ethic.
They were proactive in passing along information to my appraiser. They sent photos of the damages and once the estimate was written up and approved, they started ordering parts and getting repairs done within a few days! I mainly interacted with George over the phone, and he was so kind and helpful. He was patient with my questions and was able to accommodate with my schedule and form of payments. I really appreciated their communication style. I felt like they really cared and wanted to get my car back to me as soon as possible. I'm so grateful that they came to my rescue.
When it was time to pick up the car, it looked gorgeous! They had it washed and it honestly looked like a brand-new car. I'm very happy with the results!
P.S The shop is in a great location, it's within walking distance if you need a rental car at Enterprise and they are open Saturday mornings!”
“I've been coming to Toymasters for about 7 years. I have an older car, a 2004 Toyota Matrix with 250K miles, so it's important to me that I feel safe before going on longer road trips. I trust Virgil (and Carlos), which I think is the most important thing in a mechanic. They've found and fixed some tricky problems over the years. And I trust their judgment on which things are urgent and which are not. They also work late sometimes if I need the car back sooner. I'll keep coming as long as I have this car.”

“Can't even begin to explain how awesome this place is. I needed a transmission fluid change for my Mercedes and stumbled upon this place while driving down venture Blvd. The owner John was very kind, communicative, and hospitable while speaking to him over the phone.I later would drop my car off and met his mechanic Varuzh. This guy Varuzh is hands down a legend. Probably the best mechanic I've met in my life no exaggeration. Born and raised in LA, I've met a lot of mechanics but no one comparable to this guy. Bright & intelligent, crafty & efficient, this guy truly loves what he does. I ended up spending 4 hours while he worked on my car asking him a thousand questions. “Absolutely incredible. Andy and his team are extremely trustworthy and have changed the game in auto service. As a woman, it is refreshing to be treated with respect and grace at an auto shop. I was selling my car the day I came in. I had a check oil light -- which I was confused about considering I had just gotten an oil change. Volkswagen, the dealership, wasn't even willing to look at it briefly. It would have of course been a $160 diagnostic fee to just tell me something basic. Dealerships are a joke. Purrfect Auto Shop, on the other hand, is saving lives. He quickly fixed my oil issue, essentially free of charge, by giving me a new oil refill (synthetic oil at the grade I needed) and a complimentary windshield wiper refill as well. He charged me $20. I will be returning with my new car and recommending him thoroughly.”

“I'd bought a new set of wheels direct from GM as an upgrade for my ride. I needed new tires fitted, the pressure sensors transferred over and the new wheels mounted.
The guys at Ron's found me a perfectly good set of tires on their database at a huge discount special offer. They gave me a detailed breakdown of costs. The tires were delivered to the store the following morning and I got a call to bring my car in. Whole thing was turned around inside of an hour and they were even nice to enough to box my old wheels back up and stow in them in my car for me.”
