“I opened a new account at this branch and Garo was wonderful to work with. I walked in just when he was leaving for his lunch break, and although he was booked with appts for the day he assisted me. Even staying a bit through his break! Very knowledgeable and classy gentleman. 5 star service For sure”
“My wife and I stopped by this Wells Fargo after eating lunch at CPK nearby. My wife is a long term Well Fargo member while I just use Chase for my bank. This Well Fargo has its own parking lot on the back, a drive thru ATM and a regular ATM in the front on the street of Ventura. You don't have much privacy on the street so I'll never advise using that ATM. My wife was able to withdraw money from the ATM with no issues.”
“Just had the most pleasant experience at this Chase bank. I was only going to get quarters. I came in right at 9 AM as they opened and was greeted so nicely by two people. The vibes in there were really nice and good. I have to been to a bank in a long time and this was a great experience.”

“The best BOFA branch I’ve ever been. Everybody is helpful and very efficient. No wait time because they are all attentive to their client’s needs. I left the bank with a big smile on my face.Before coming to this office, I was at Sherman Oak’s branch. The teller told me to wait and none of them even bothered to see me after waiting for more than 30 minutes, so I left. BTW, it was not a busy day at all.”

“I've always used credit unions and a client recommended this one to me. It's the same people there, and they have always made me feel comfortable. No one hovering, no one telling me I can't have my money or giving me a hard time. Ive been to other banks that tried to deny me my money. Quick to take it and sign you up for a account, then you can't take out what you want. It's a little ridiculous. Happy this ain't that. I only give 4 stars because the car insurance they hooked me up with ain't SHIT. Their customer service is unwanted and they don't need that kind of job. If they can't answer basic questions and not be flip flops. The teller and the black guy. Sorry idk your names. Are great also Toni from the other location.”
