“Ava Toluca hills is an apartment complex I would recommend to everyone I know . Extra mention to the maintenance man Arturo, he was super helpful and attentive, great guy! Leasing office and Management was very nice. - p.s. Scenery is great, Deer, Hills and views. Just beware of coyotes at night if you have pets.”
“Salina has been incredibly professional, helpful, and supportive. When my daughter and her roommate moved to Los Angeles for their residency, Salina played a key role in helping them secure their apartment quickly. She guided them through every step of the process and explained everything clearly and thoroughly.
She is always available when needed, and the organization, safety, and smooth operation of this apartment community are largely due to Salina’s professionalism, strong management skills, and attention to detail.

“I don’t live here, I only toured, but I had to come on here to give some well-deserved praise. Although we ultimately chose a different property, El Centro was a very close second thanks to our amazing leasing agent, Iryna.
Her work ethic and knowledge of the property were outstanding. She patiently answered what felt like 10,000 of our questions and took us on multiple tours to help us find the right apartment.
Even though we ended up going a different direction, I truly appreciated her professionalism and dedication, and I wanted to make sure she got the recognition she deserves!!

“I’ve lived in this building for a couple years now. All of the neighbors are friendly and it truly has a community feel. The property is always kept clean and well maintained, and you can tell the management cares.
A huge part of that is because of our property manager, Scott. He genuinely makes the building feel like one big family. He regularly plans events and get-togethers that bring everyone together and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. You can see how much pride he takes in the building. He pays attention to every detail and makes sure things are taken care of right away.
Highly recommend living here — it’s more than just an apartment, it feels like a close knit community.”

The maintenance team are amazing as well. They are on top of everything and stay in communication. David is the best on the maintenance team. He made sure to leave me a note to assure me that one of my maintenance requests was getting worked on they were just waiting for the parts.
