“I had my original auto body work done on my 2022 Lexus IS350 at the Fix Auto Cathedral City. So, about a month after getting my car back some of the clasps had come off. Needless to say I was not happy, but the Fix Auto Montrose fixed the mistakes in about an hour and saved me from having to drive two hour there and two back. AND, on top of it they did it for free. “I haven’t dropped off my truck yet. I got side swiped on the way to work on a hit and run and almost lost control of my truck. I have never been in an accident. I filled out one thing online to see if I could have my deductible comped and George called right when he got into work and told me it will be covered. They also do rental cars if my wife can’t pick me up. So far, they have taken so much of the stress off my plate and I can continue to finish work for the day. They already have a rental waiting for me! Couldn’t be happier so far. I never expect a body shop to make me feel so relaxed after an accident.
