“Decided to bake here after being with Wells Fargo for 22 years because I fell victim to the common phone scam that was targeting Wells Fargo customers pretty heavily around Christmas of 2023 - after having my savings cleaned out, I no longer felt comfortable, even though the fault was with me just not paying attention - I decided to go with Chase Bank, (still keeping $5 in my Wells Fargo account lol) and and I have to say that Chase has been good! I especially love the setup they have for an item that comes when you don't have enough in your acct - EXCELLENT! I don't recommend making it a practice, obviously, but it's a plus that they'll pay it AND if it's over $50, they'll give you until 11 pm ET the next day to make a deposit that brings your overdrawn amount down to $50 or less before they charge you an overdraft fee! Having been with WF since 2002 with direct deposit, they never offered THAT kind of service! Chase lays it out in simple terms - with WF, what I experienced (and was specifically told to me by live customer service people!) was "it's up to them (WF) as to whether they decide to pay an item", which doesn't leave much in the way of consistency! And this is whether you have overdraft protection on your acct or not! Kudos to Chase!”
“Recently opened an account at this branch and have to say from the customer service member when I walked in , to the rep who helped me to the teller a few days later on my second trip in , EXCELLENT. Everyone greeted with a smile and hello and seemed happy to have me as a customer. In times of online banking and limited interaction , this was refreshing. Knowledgeable staff that answered my questions in full. What I can say is have not seen this type of service especially in financial in a looong time So thank you to all the great members here and highly recommend this branch with my famous and rarely given 5+ rating !”

We recently moved to Sunnyvale and this is the closest thing to our house. I am so glad that it is because the staff here is so friendly, they were so helpful and in the short time that I've been here I feel like I've gotten to know a few of them one-on-one. I'm so glad that this is our new bank. Thanks again to the staff for being so awesome! They were even so friendly with my one-year-old daughter that I bring him with me often. “5/26/23 I bank here but what I am disappointed about is their online banking plus they do not have this 2 features that my other local banks have: chat line and secure message. I have to call their 800 number for customer service and wait many minutes before someone answers. Not efficient and friendly!”

“Went to the office on a Friday afternoon to [1] get KYC paperwork done and [2] change of address/phone on my NRE account so I could setup UPI on my phone.
Both tasks were completed within 10 minutes by Pooja the ICICI representative. She filled out the paperwork and made copies of the needed documents for me.
6 hours later I get a notification by email from ICICI that the KYC and addresses info paperwork had been completed. I was then able to setup UPI on my phone.
For KYC - take your US passport, OCI card, PAN card & US drivers license.
