“I went in with three watches that needed to be sized along with a few minor repairs.
The gentleman who runs Watchcare is a kind and soft-spoken pro who had all three watches done in an hour for an unbeatable price. There were folks waiting in the lobby so he seemed busy but still was able to manage that turn-around.
Watches look/fit better than ever. He was even able to repair a fussy clasp I had been told could not be fixed.
I never write reviews, but this was customer service at its most satisfying.

“Impeccable customer service! Anthea is hands down the most attentive representative. Came in to look at a watch, she knew it was my birthday and her and the staff rolled out the red carpet. Left with a new Navitimer and some personalized goodies from the team. Second time I’ve gotten a watch from this location, and there’s a reason I continue to go back.”
“The workers Eddie and Azi were completely professional and helpful. Store is clean and organized, I dont like disorganization. Some items such as watches are not available in store. I like that they can resize items quickly with a meticulous outcome. I have no complaints so far and will return, I recommend to check them out. ??”

“It was quite a story.I have purchased antique gold watch.On a Christmas Eve when I was giving gifts to my teenage children my son had a quiet strange confession to make.He said Mom I stole your watch.Not only I could not believe my ears but I felt I can't trust my child.He said you bought it and it had a broken glass so I brought it to repair shop because I will repair it and sell it so I buy myself a car.
Well after some conversations I went to Doman and my watch was there repaired and SAFE .I have watch and fob in my possession after a great repair.Owner told me it is a beautiful watch and to keep it.
I fell in love with watches and now I am collecting them.Message to my son.There are honest people out there and time is ticking so get a job jobs lol ?

I messed up the ring size by a half cm and proposed a month and a half after I purchased the ring. Jay clearly explained to me the store policy (no resizing after 30 days) but kindly made a one time exception since the ring was sliding around her finger and did not fit at all.
