“I went for my first oil change and was immediately received. They did a comprehensive inspection of the car and discovered a nail in my front tire (which they ended up changing) My car is CPO so the oil change itself was complementary. They also performed a complimentary car wash.

“I recently went to Crash Champions Collision Repair after my car was hit right outside my community, and I arrived feeling stressed and in a bad mood. But my experience changed quickly thanks to the staff there. The lady at the front desk (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) was incredibly patient and took the time to explain each step of the repair process, even when I felt too overwhelmed to think clearly.
Their team was professional, efficient, and completed the work even one day ahead of the expected date. They replaced my front bumper and lights, and the results were excellent. At the very end, they even polished my car! When I picked it up, it looked like a brand-new vehicle. I was really happy and felt so lucky I chose them.

“My CR-V had paint damage and minor dents on the rear side that I thought was in need of touch-up painting. I went in for an estimate and the fellow noted the minor dents but said the paint was not damaged but paint was transferred to my vehicle. They explained that removing the dents would be quite costly but they could remove the transferred paint in a minute. I was stunned (pleasantly) but a bit doubtful. He returned with some cleaner and removed the 4 spots with transferred paint and it looked like new (except for the minor dents). He refused any payment but I gave him a decent tip for the few minutes he spent with me. Amazing service (if not also a bit embarrassing to me, but I'm over it already!)!! Thank you Color Pro Auto!”
“doug and his team are very informed in what they do and can be counted on to do the job correctly with a quick turnaround.
i dropped off my cummins pickup after over tightening a fitting and cracking the case. they had the transmission out quickly and within a couple days had it torn down and were able to inform me i was going to need a full rebuild rather than the case swap i had come in for. they did not hesitate to send pictures of the smoked clutches and any evidence backing their claim.
they had my truck done in under a week and the price was fair for the quality of work and customer service i received. the technician that performed repairs on my truck also answered any questions that i had so it’s always a plus to get to talk to them. i’d bring them any of my vehicles for transmission work and recommend them to anyone looking.”

“I discovered The 4x4 Shop when selecting an authorized installer for my Dirtbox Canopy Camper. Joe, Fred, and Jason, their Dirtbox installer, take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. According to Joe and Fred, it’s common for even high quality manufacturers of off-road products to fall short on documentation and written instructions. Even though this leads to a certain amount of confusion and miscommunication, the mechanics here know their stuff, and they get the job done remarkably well. If something isn’t quite right, they take care of it. Simple as that. Jason’s intelligence, experience, and attention to detail really show when he does an install. The attention to detail was incredible. They repaired all of the damage going above and beyond what was expected.
In March 2025, I drove through a large puddle of yellow industrial paint. I did not realize this until I got to my next stop. A few days later, I went back and took lots of photos of the intersection where the spilled paint was to document this for my car insurance.
My insurance agreed they should cover this damage. I did visit another auto-body shop before going to B & S.
Only because my insurance required me to visit one of their shops first. It was clear that was not a good fit for me.
So I decided to go to B & S.
My car dealership, Lexus Of Pleasanton, highly recommends B & S .
I can now see why. They made my car look brand new. They removed every spec of paint that was splattered all along the passenger side of my car and underneath.
I paid extra to have my entire car polished. This way my car would look amazing from top to bottom. They did such a good job. Aaron and Jesus were so meticulous and professional. They communicated with me every step of the way. I got my car back exactly when they said .
The cost for the job was exactly what they said it would be. This is the only place I would ever take my car. You will not be disappointed.”
