We booked for the afternoon tea party and it didnt disappoint. Food is simple and fresh but delicious! Staffs are Friendly and they give us a Complimentary Champagne. We will come back again for sure!”

“I have photographed at Casa Real at Ruby Hill Winery many times, and I can never get over how amazing this venue is! They have a few different options for ceremony space and can accommodate both larger weddings and smaller weddings. As a photographer, this place has everything! Don't even get me started on portrait locations. Casa Real offers so many different backgrounds and location gems such as rows of vines, mountains, roses, greenery, architecture. The staff is amazing as well, and their coordinators make the whole day run so smoothly! If you are looking for a venue in the Livermore/Pleasanton region, this is the venue for you!”

“I am not a member of the Elks Lodge, but they allow my square dancing club to use their large facilities. On the other side of the curtain dinner is being served. Often when the chef has made too much dessert he brings the excess to our group and we have enjoyed some wonderful desserts.”

“I went here for one of my friends’ weddings this past week and it’s such a beautiful wedding venue and golf course. The staff is very friendly and the venue is really easy to get into and access. Whether you’re looking for a wedding venue or a place to golf, this place has you covered!”

“Very nice clubhouse. Workers are great, very clean clubhouse and golf course is pristine. Clubhouse includes large pool, tennis & pickleball courts, driving range. Gotta be a member to use the facilities though.”

“This course beats me up every time and I keep wanting more. Fees a bit steep but it is a private course. I went on a club event day so cart service was probably suspended but would like to see that. Great kitchen for pre-post round. Well maintained course and facility. Bring extra balls... 6500 yards never felt so long. Tricky greens, thick rough, hilly fairways. What's not to love if you love a challenge!”

“I booked a party here for myself and friends for my birthday on a Monday afternoon. We ended up with only 4 people, but had a really great time. The laser tag area is big (2 floors) and plenty of places to hide. We did two rounds and the maze, which was hilarious and fun too. We’ll be back!”

“This theater is really nice. It's always pretty clean, and the staff is helpful and professional. The recliners are nice as well. Very big and comfortable. I like how there's a lot of aisle space when walking to and from your seat. You don't have to do that weird ankle/foot movement. I come here pretty often since it's close to my job and I go shopping in the area. The movies are pretty expensive these days. I highly recommend getting the app to save money on concessions and tickets. I go to the movies 3-4 a month alone and with others. I save a few bucks on every trip, especially Tuesdays since the tickets are discounted.”

“Rooms: Rooms are nice- plenty of accessible, convenient outlets and work surfaces.

Nearby activities: A 5 minute walk gets you to a 15 minute bus ride to downtown area where there are lots of great restaurants and entertainment.

“This golf course offers beautiful scenery and decent turf conditions, but make no mistake – it's far from an easy round. The challenging layout ensures you'll be tested on every hole.

Our group of three had a bit of an interesting experience with the cart policy. We had one person join us, making us a threesome. We were informed that no more than two golf carts are allowed per team, so I ended up sharing a cart. However, as we played, we noticed the group in front of us consisted of six people with three golf carts. This seemed to contradict the policy we were given.

Despite this minor inconsistency, the overall experience on the course was positive, largely due to its scenic beauty and challenging play. Just be prepared for a tough, but rewarding, golf experience!”

“The main reason I took a star off is because when I walked into the bathroom, there was a huge hairy spider in the bathtub waiting to greet me. Not a daddy long legs...the kind that you don't simply catch in a tissue and throw away. Being arachnaphobic, this was a nightmare for me. I took the trash can, filled it with water and poured it into the bathtub and put it down the drain. In all my years of staying at hotels of all kinds, this is the first time I've ever had a spider in my room. Now that's not to say it's completely the responsibility of housekeeping to do pest control but the last thing I wanted to see in my room was a spider. I spent the rest of the evening paranoid that there would be another one.Despite that, everything else was perfect. The room was amazingly spacious and while I've read reviews from others mentioning the sound of the freeway being a bad thing, I didn't notice it at all and my room was facing the freeway. For it being a weekend, I was pleasantly surprised that there was no noisy neighbors or loud TV/music. It was perfect for me to get a good night's rest. I wish I didn't have to be out the door so early the following morning, I would have loved to try their hot breakfast, which is one of the main reasons why I stay at Holiday Inn Express properties.I've read other negative reviews about the property, including there being some kind of issue with flies at the entrance (?) but I didn't experience any of what previous reviews have mentioned so that likely means they addressed those issues. Either way, I would stay here again (although I might bring a can of Raid next time, haha, we'll see!).”

“This shop has the best selection I've seen in the Bay Area. They not only have brands that I've been struggling to find, but they also have different sizes of the same one(I saw at least six different options for Oliva's Series V alone). They also have a ton of accessories and humidors. Most shops I've been to have one or two cigars that are at $10, but they have several really good brands still priced at $10 or even $8. They also have a lounge that looks nice(I didn't hang out in the lounge). Overall, it's an excellent shop with a wide selection and great prices.”

“Attended this place twice during the AIA Dussera Diwali celebration.
They have paid parking during events but getting a parking place available seems never a problem as it's huge inside.”

“We had a 12th birthday here and it went very smoothly. Bob, the gentleman helping us, kept us on track and provided all necessary information. Food was pretty good and there were quite a few options to choose from, not just pizza. One of the cars did stop working in the final laps so that was confusing. Overall, they enjoyed racing. While I do feel it’s expensive, it was a great experience.”

“My work hosts meetings here occasionally by renting out rooms. Great amenities. Volley ball, basketball, boccee, rental bikes, game room, etc. Just wish the cafe/cafeteria was open.”

“The rodeo was fun. The drink options were limited. Coots was the only beer and I didn’t see any wine options but surely there must have been some. Not enough drink vendors. The parking lot is crowded and takes a long time to get out.”

“Great spot at an excellent location away from problem areas and close proximity to all areas. Travel from here is easy. Excellent staff and bar. Thanks Chris for your personable hospitality! The staff for breakfast were amazing. I'm back soon!”

“Beautiful decor. Setting and layout of building is ideal for any event you have planned. There are stairs and thin hallways, not a handicap friendly establishment for full access to backyard and restrooms.”

“I had a very pleasant couple of days at this hotel. The front desk staff were quite frankly delightful both at check in and check out (shout-out to Juliette) and so lovely to us. The rooms were very clean and tidy.

I was very surprised that the building we stayed in didn't have an elevator, but they made that clear before they gave us the second floor room we requested, so it was our choice to lug out stuff up and down the stairs. They also upgraded our room free of charge because we prefer to be on a higher floor, which was very kind.

The two things that were less than five stars for me are the weird couch (the back reclined rather steeply and then it had these weird bolster things on the back that sort of pushed your head forward) and that the mattress was firmer than what I usually find in hotels. The rest of my stay was so pleasant, however, that I would not cross this location off my list for the future.”

“Probably the best HI Express hotel property that my wife & I have ever visited.  Location is very convenient to I-580 access (without the freeway noise), as well as to the Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station and to Livermore attractions. The facility is well maintained, inside & out. The Front Desk & Housekeeping staff were all friendly and professional. Our room & the public spaces were clean and attractively decorated.

The daily breakfast buffet was HIE standard, but the service & products & table cleanup kept up with the morning guest traffic thanks to the friendly attendant Marlene. She was always quick to offer greetings & help with guest food handling & checking to see if everyone was satisfied with their meals. Over-and-above, Marlene graciously agreed to snap photos of our party-of-5 which included our friends who were visiting California from the UK. She was the icing on the Cinnamon Rolls for our 4-night stay @ Holiday Inn Express & Suites Livermore.”

“Overall, this is a clean place to stay, beddings was comfy. But it took many zigzag turns to get to the main elevator. Leaving the building was confusing because very turn heading towards the lobby had an exit, which didn't exit to the main parking lot. The hallways are way too dark in lighting and design, which gave it an almost eerie look n vibe.”

“Update on my review, Karen did a really good job and they were much nicer throughout the stay. They apologized for the misunderstanding and made it right. Thank you!

First review-My husband just checked in this evening, and whoever the lady is working at the front desk is incredibly short and rude. My husband asked if he could put his Bonvoy member number on his room, she said no, that he had to have his physical card. I called the hotel to ask why, that he has his number and that's all he should need. Who carries a member card around these days? She told me she meant his Bonvoy credit card needed to be physically present, and told me she has his Bonvoy number on file. I told this to my husband, and he said that's funny, because she didn't ask for his Bonvoy number and he never gave it to her. He just now went back down to ask if they had water anywhere, she cut him off mid sentence, again very short, and said around the corner. He asked about breakfast, she said no. It seems this woman likes to just say no. And her tone is rude and short. My husband is a very pleasant guy and gets along with almost everyone, and this lady is just being rude to a guest in the hotel she works at. Guests are the reason she has a job.”

“Check-in was easy, and with the World of Hyatt app, one can check in and use it as your room key. Staff was cordial, friendly, and conversational and provided us with whatever we asked. Juliet was tops. There is ample parking with a $10 daily fee. The room was clean and cleaned every day. Their free breakfast was the best one we've ever had at a hotel. Many parts of the hotel were recently renovated, and we can tell by the new fresh smell. The room rate was very reasonable considering it's located near the bay area. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again.”

“Recently had my daughters wedding at Royal Palace. The event was very well organized. I received a lot of compliments for the venue, the decor and food. It was a pleasure dealing with Noble, who has been courteous and professional the past few months I had to communicate with him. The head server was also efficient and assisted me right away as soon as I asked her anything. It was a stressful day for me, but when I saw everything was being taken care of, my mind felt at ease. Thank you Royal Banquet Hall.”

“Fairly new hotel. Modern, more high end amenities. Very clean. Attentive service. Lots of free parking. WiFi decent but capped at 10mb. Close to mall. Nice sized room. Lots of outlets above desk and center table between beds.”

“This place was fun for the kids. Most of the staff was very helpful even with my lady being in panic mode at the beginning setting up except for whoever was supposed to host our room pretty much never showed up and had we to ask the host next door for stuff. Which they had no issues with. Kinda pricey for a 2 hour party for 20 kids. You could definitely rent a dope jumper and throw it in a park all day. Kids had fun, and that's all that matters. Their chicken strips and pizza are pretty good, too.”
