“I stopped by this Kohl's over the weekend to check out their Christmas decorations and just the store in general. I was already in the plaza and was waiting for another place nearby to open so I came to Kohl's to just browse. This store is just one floor but is spacious inside. The Christmas decorations are already on the entrance near the checkout station and the a Christmas trees are there too.
The mens clothing is on the right side of the store, Sephora is in the middle and the women clothing are on the left side. The shoes, house stuff, toys, Amazon returns are all toward the back.”
“Great experience at REI. I spoke with several associates and everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Rob, the manager, was especially patient and made sure my situation was fully taken care of. “I love TJMaxx, I shop there all the time almost everything I wear is from there, BUT I had very bad experience today, I purchase two sweatpants brand Homebody club today, normally if I am not going to return the item I wash it so … I bought it today and washed it,one of the pant’s color fainted and got some lighter big spots on it, I took it back with all my shopping to show the manager it was bought today and I washed all my items and only one changed color to the point that can’t be used, manager Cheyanne with out apology said too bad we can’t not take it back, I ask for some one above her to come, Cheyanne with a smile said I am the manager and I am telling you we won’t take it back,
Honestly I don’t even care about $12.99 I even left the pants there and told them you can keep it BUT the way she handled the situation was disgraceful and embarrassing. Company needs to hire experience manager that know how to deal with respect towered their employees and customers, they need to know that sometimes they can make exception to the roles. Anyway I will still shop there. This was TJMaxx Valencia”

“I would like to highly compliment to employees. I was served by an assisted by Joshua sometime around 8 PM on Saturday. I had a very intricate issue going on with a credit and Joshua had Malcolm his supervisor to come over and this young man had a smile on their face the whole entire time I’ve never seen this and Customer Service I am 40 years plus experience in customer service so I think the two of them provided outstanding Service professionalism smiles. They did more than what was required. “My Costco store for many years and the employees are great- parking can be a bit crazy but always available if you walk a little and avoid the hassle of competing with those wanting to park closer to the entrance. Gas station can be quite busy but if you’re not delayed by someone taking their time with their gassing up their car for whatever reason, the lines move efficiently, never waited longer than 5-10 minutes max.”

“I took my wife to this Marshalls location to look for her makeup stuff. The prices on women makeup are very reasonable but it's basically what they have at the store so you can't order ahead of time. I found parking easily and the store is a good size with a lot of other products too. The customer service was great and they had a lot of cashier so the line wasn't backed up.”
“I just wanted to thank Gavin at the Canyon Country location for going above and beyond. I had a difficult, heavy order that had gotten bounced around in transit and was hard to find. Gavin stayed persistent, found the order, and expertly loaded it into our truck. Give this man a raise!!”
“I recently visited Cali from the DMV. I erroneously ordered an online pickup for a JCP location an hour away from where I was staying. As I would be traveling back the day after, I called to try to arrange for a transfer, but better yet, Jackie (who answered at customer service) spoke with the GM, Brian who offered to personally drop it off at Valencia as he would be passing that store. I was so excited and I am so very appreciative of the exceptional customer service I received. That was beyond, beyond and I thank you for that very kind deed. And, I love my purchase!?”

“Apparently Marshall's is considered the store for designer and name brand clothing and accessories but Ross has much more we'll known and desirable merchandise. Nike, Adidas, Michael Kors at half or third off retail price. Some Ross stores carry designer sunglasses like Gucci. Chanel, Versace and many other designers for insanely low prices. Skip Marshall's or TJ Maxx and go to your local Ross you won't be disappointed.”
“I’ve been a frequent shopper at this Walmart,
and I am writing to highly commend Nyota in the Customer Service department. Who is consistently outstanding. She demonstrates a level of product knowledge and problem-solving expertise that is rare to find.
She doesn't just resolve issues; she manages them with a level of professional composure and efficiency that clearly sets her apart from the others. She always goes the extra mile to ensure every question is answered and every issue is resolved correctly the first time.
Nyota consistently operates with the mindset of a leader. She is highly knowledgeable, professional, and handles even the most complex situations with ease.
I strongly believe she should be formally recognized and considered for a management role, and I hope the store leadership recognizes and appreciates her talent and promotes her accordingly.
I often see her guiding her peers, which shows she is already acting in a leadership capacity, which is a huge green light for a promotion. As she is already a standard-bearer for excellent service at the Burbank store (#5686). It is clear that she understands the operations of this store inside and out. She is clearly management material and deserves a promotion for her continued excellence and dedication to customer satisfaction.

“I visited the Ross at the San Fernando Balboa location and found exactly what I needed. I always love Ross because it’s very affordable, and if you’re patient, you can find real treasures—great brands at great prices. My favorite is Calvin Klein, and they always have it here, not hard to find at all.
The cashier was very nice (I think her name was Be?). Also, the restroom was clean and well-maintained, which is amazing.

“This Target is useful when you need to grab a bunch of different things without making separate stops. It works for groceries, household stuff, clothes, toiletries, electronics, snacks, and last-minute items. Like most Target locations, it can be busy and some sections can get picked over depending on the day, but it’s still convenient. Good location when you’re already near the mall area and need an easy errand stop.”

I was looking for a MAC product (wasn't aware they didnt carry it) and after informing me, they used their great product knowledge to help me find a product for cheaper and more accurate results to what I wanted. I really appreciated it. I'm singing kareoke at a friend's birthday tonight and because of them I didnt have to take a whole other bus ride to a different location for setting spray.”
