“The customer service here is awesome. I am a coach for a High School Tennis Team. There was a ball machine in our shed that had not been used in years. The oscillator was malfunctioning. I found out where it was from, took it here for maintenance. The problem was minor and they charged me practically nothing to get it going again. About 3 months later it stopped working. I took it back and they replaced the motor at no charge because the maintenance was under warranty. The customer service this company has is phenomenal and just unheard of in these times. If you buy a machine from them, they will take care of you”

“It's pleasant outdoors with separate Riffle , shotgun , pistol range in beautiful mountains. Staff and rangers are experienced , knowledgeable and approachable. Strict rules and monitoring ensures everyone can safely enjoy a good time here at the range . Best deal to become a member for half the price during the thanksgiving promotions. I live far from this location but rather go no where else for shooting . Keep in mind they are closed on Mondays .”

“I don't normally leave reviews, but the customer service here was fantastic. We came in looking for a very specific knife, and they spent a good amount of time with us, showing us what they had and other similar knives explaining various things that we ended up leaving with one of those other knives that would better suit our needs.
I believe his name was David or Davis, but he was great the whole way through even with finding the perfect font for our engraving. The other employees chimed into help between servicing other customers and were very kind and insightful.”
“I purchased a starter pack from Roger Dunn Golf Shop a little under a year ago, which included a fantastic perk: a year-long return policy for full value store credit. After making good use of the starter pack, I decided it was time to upgrade my equipment and take advantage of the deal.
I visited the shop during their Memorial Day weekend sale and was met with outstanding service. The staff was incredibly helpful and guided me through the entire process, making it an enjoyable experience despite my being relatively new to golf. They assisted me in finding great deals on a full set of irons, wedges, hybrids, and a driver, and I also picked up a new golf bag.

“I’m a photojournalist and I called in looking for a pair of waders for storm coverage. The crew at the shop took the time and talked me through some of the options for my specific needs on the phone. At the store the whole team really helped to make sure all equipment fit and I was prepared for using the waders properly. They even found me a great deal on some sale items which was incredibly helpful. This shop has the kind of genuine friendliness, knowledge and fun that seems to be lost in the current shopping market. “I stopped by this Boarders store inside Northridge mall while my wife was shopping. I knew they would have skateboard here so I wanted to check out what they had. The store is a decent size on the second floor near the men's Macy. They were not busy on a Friday night and they have a decent amount of skateboard and skateboard accessories here. The prices of the board were reasonable and I also looked at some of their shirts. Nothing grab my attention so I didn't purchase anything. I also looked at their sunglasses selection at the front of the store but I prefer Oakley brand.”
“This is one of the oldest and greatest all Martial Arts stores in the North Hollywood area of Los Angeles on Lankershim Blvd. They have EVERYTHING you're looking for, and the people who own it are the nicest you'll meet. I not only come here for various weapons I need in practice, but to buy decor for my place. Visit them and you'll be coming back! And yes, Mr. Miyagi approves them and is on the outside wall!”
