Truly terrible business behavior the bank manager rude ,bankers telling me what I should do weather it’s prejudice or not isn’t the source how do you have a branch that employed and no one has a course on customer service if you’re still open I’m hope to see improvements

Great customer service. I was helped by a young employee named karim, he did a great job assisting me and was polite and patient! The manager interfered briefly and was very helpful and professional:)
