I'm always happy with how comfortable my cat is with Sami and how extra soft and fluffy he is when we get him back after a groom.
For context - We usually have mats to remove and a sanitary trim in addition to deshedding and a bath.

She gave my cat a bath, cleaned her ears, cut her nails, brushed her teeth and trimmed her since she’s a long haired Macoon. She also adjusted to my cats needs and let me know before I picked her up how they were able to get the most out of the grooming without stressing out my cat. I would definitely recommend this pet grooming business!

They do a good job of getting him in and out quickly as I don’t like my dog to sit at a Groomer locked up all day. He’s usually in and out and under two hours. I also love that he’s not scared or timid when I drop him off. He seems happy to see the Groomer and in good spirits when I drop him off and pick him up.

My little yorkipoo was decently matter unfortunately and desperately needed to be cleaned up. Cees did an amazing job and was able to handle my wiggly anxious little guy. The guy at the front desk was friendly as well. $85 for full service groom. Definitely my go to now, can't get much better than this place.

2960 San Luis Rey Road, OceansideMy fur babies and I have been fighting 2 of them having terminal cancer for over 10 months now. Been such a heartbreaking year. My neighbor recommended Oceanside Veterinary Hospital at the beginning of this ordeal. That was nothing less than a blessing. Dr. Allie, who is a smart cookie, a really great veterinarian, and oh so kind and wonderful treated my young 104 pound Golden, Cody, and recommended a couple specialty cancer pet hospitals. The VCA on Faraday in Carlsbad did wonders with palliative radiation. My boy thought he was a puppy again after his pain level was reduced. Fast forward to 2 days ago..my old, beautiful German Shepherd, Sahara, lost her battle with cancer. Dr. Allie, Kelly and all the staff @ OVH were so kind and led my girl to Rainbow Bridge with so much love, plus Dr. Allie gave Sahara an amazing last treat that was scarfed down in a minute! Yes, Sahara crossed the bridge knowing she was loved..I miss you my sweet baby girl.
Unfortunately, my Golden pulled a dumb doggy trick, blindsided me and jumped out of the car before I could stop him, messing up his cancer leg. Dr. Allie and staff worked us in before the holiday closure even tho they were slammed with appointments.
Oceanside Veterinary Hospital has doctors that are excellent, a kind, competent staff and they all genuinely care for the pets they treat. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart..my fur kids are my world and I am confident you provide them the best care possible.

4225 Oceanside Blvd # U, OceansideNorth County Cat Hospital is absolutely the best. Dr. Aimee & Dr. Daly are so knowledgable and great and all of the Vet Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. I've been taking my cat Henry here for almost 3 years and We always have a great experience. Henry has required a LOT of medical attention and even as he ages their recommendations have kept him happy and healthy. They also feed Henry Churus to keep him happy while they do any procedures. I had previous Vets who were unconfident and unskilled when dealing with cats and I am so thankful they are a cat only clinic. I recommend everyone I know to go to them. They are worth it! It also helps to have pet insurance, Nationwide Pet Insurance has been a lifesaver and covered a majority of my vet bills, so price was never an issue for me.

We first visited after my dog ate an entire loaf of uncooked dough (which we learned can actually be very harmful to pets). After we saw how awesome they handled that, we decided to switch to Neighborhood Vet as our primary veterinarian! Before going to a big-name vet, call Neighborhood Vet. Their prices for blood work were comparable to, or even more affordable than, Petco. Their entire staff is super patient and caring, and Dr. Robinson has actually sat on the floor with us and discuss our dog's health for as long as we needed to give us peace of mind and answer all our questions. Dr. Dorsey helped us catch cancer in my dog after another vet (while we were traveling for work) just dismissed it as her tummy being upset. When they referred us to a different vet for emergency treatment, they texted and called to check in on our pet. Erika has also spent a long time on the phone with us to answer any questions and give recommendations to give us peace of mind. The ENTIRE team here definitely loves animals and has the attention, care, and patience that your family members deserve. Could not recommend more! We love the ladies at Neighborhood Vet.

Our pup (a very large German Shepard) had some stomach problems that we could not figure out and Dr. Lisek was able to find a solution when no other vet was able to. She consistently takes the time to listen intently and always speaks with us kindly and professionally. We can't recommend her enough!
In addition to Dr. Lisek, we absolutely love Shelby! She is the vet tech we see the most and she is always so wonderful. Not only is she incredibly nice, she is also very capable.

We will be leaving her here for 7 days this week and it's nice knowing that while we are on vacation, she will have a vacation of her own.

655 Benet Road, OceansideBlake is absolutely amazing and so kind I discussed with him the reason why I would not be bringing my dog in and cancelled my reservation. All due to a very nasty unprofessional lady that works the front counter of the clinic. I called days before told them I'm all up to date with my dogs vaccines minus fecal and that I received some of these vaccines at a different place. Long story made short dropped of fecal sample and was told she couldn't accept it the dogs needs a wellness check. I have that but it was done at a different place and had to be done with them another lady that worked there walked up I thought she was going to say something so I looked at her then the one last I was originally talking to looks at me and says why are you looking at her!! Her tone was appalling! So I put the sample into the garbage and then she had the nerve to tell me it's to be thrown in the trash outside! It was in a specimen cup and a bio bag! Birdie needs to take this ladies job at the front

2909 San Luis Rey Rd, OceansideWe have gotten 3 of our dogs trained here & because of their amazing customer service & connections with our dogs we board our dogs here whenever we go out of town as well. Every single time we come in to the front office, we are greeted with smiles & with a genuine "how have you been?" Anthony & Julie are our personal favorites. They always make sure our dog is happy & well accommodated. We rescued a pit bull that was a bait dog in a fighting organization, she was very hard to handle at first & we are extreme helicopter parents with her, PPR is the only place we have ever felt comfortable leaving her at & trusting that they know exactly how to handle her. We couldn't be happier with the services offered here. I'd recommend anyone to use them without thinking about it for a second. Thank you for making being a dog parent so easy!

The Plot
1733 South Coast Highway, OceansideI came here with a group and we got a few dishes to share: the Brussels sprouts (b word), plot primavera and the crispy risotto. Everything was delicious, but I highly recommend getting the Brussels sprouts. They came in a vegan fish sauce and sweet potato cream. So yum. The plot primavera was a bean and veggie salad, very refreshing and tasty. It had some savory bits that were reminiscent of cheese or bacon but I’m not sure what they were made of. I didn’t get a photo of the risotto but it was also very good and came with a tasty flamenco sauce. Finished the night with a spicy ginger tea :) Overall amazing experience and I would definitely come back!

In the past, I’ve had their pizza and the chicken ranch sandwich. This time I got the chicken Parmesan to take home. I will say it was delicious and was a meal and then some for both my husband and I for dinner. And that was just one entrée. Definitely you want to come with an appetite! On a sidenote, I’ve also gotten their Thanksgiving feast and loved it as well. If I had one criticism, I would say that the food can be salty, but I don’t know if that’s just me because I don’t use very much salt on foods.

We lost our Awesome server Rachel to be served by Carly who was super friendly.
Got the Country Stuffed Hash Browns with extra gravy on the side (Wow!), Chicken Fried Steak (Yummy), Don's Jalapeno Burger (juicy and huge), and an order of 2 eggs over easy on top of hash browns covered in Hollandaise Sauce (Wow)!
It was a lot of food, but it was so darn good we ate it all! Should have eaten 1/2 and brought the rest home for later!!!

We had a piano player and drums on the stage and everyone sang and danced the space was perfect! 1639 S Coast Hwy, OceansideWe tend to "dine in" at this location. At least once a month or so. It usually gets pretty busy. It's an open floor concept here. They've a side patio and picnic tables/benches that are away from the building for alternative seating areas. So you've got lots of options. We like the sausage with hot honey pizza. To drink I'll get something like the sexy pineapple. They've got good pours here. On occasion we get the order to go but it's always nice to sit and have it right after it's been freshly made. I appreciate their house salad from time to time. We've been to the Esco and Vista location as well. Pizza & Service is the BEST :-) We especially enjoy coming here more~so when we hang with some friends of ours or even when we get introduced to new friends. A wonderful locals hot spot. Come one or come all. Get a slice of pizza pie!
