“I was really impressed with my first visit at Dr. Chang's office. After having my vitals taken by the medical assistant, I was expecting maybe 10 minutes with the actual doctor like most medical offices. As soon as Dr. Chang came in, however, I was surprised at how thorough the consultation was. He was very personable, took the time to answer my (many) questions, and made the entire experience very comfortable. I appreciated the way he took the time to explain his reasoning for anything he recommended me and listened to my input on how I wanted to proceed to meet my goals as well. I'm extremely happy I got everything I needed to do in one single visit. I had a great experience from the ease of parking, friendliness of the front office, reasonable wait times, and actual quality of care. I highly recommend Dr. Chang.”

“This is an AMAZING healthcare and dental group. My elderly dad is low-income and needs extensive dental work. I messaged this facility one evening in hopes of getting help and Dr. Liu called me the very next morning to ask what we needed in detail and make sure that we got the help we need. They have taken excellent care of my dad and they have gone above and beyond to help us with our unique family situation. I cannot recommend them enough. What an amazing organization and staff!!!!!”

“Office has been remodeled, its more inviting, variety of seating and TV to watch while waiting. Getting signed in and all that happens before you go in. Just be there on time. I came in exactly 15 mins before checked in, sat down got callef in right away. Dr's and staff are great. Only issue is blood work is no longer done in the building. It was avaliable at the same property in the past. Now have to do it at labcorp, near by Arcadia. Everything was clean no complaints. I hate going to doctor's office, but once you get an appointment it smooth process. Appointments are still a pain but has improve over the years.”

Luckily, someone canceled their appointment and I was attended very quickly. The service was great. Everyone was pleasant and I was very pleased with the care I received. Everyone at Via Care on Atlantic Boulevard (607) is wonderful. The front desk staff always do their best to help, the pharmacy team even remembers our names—which makes us feel so welcomed—and the laboratory staff are always kind and caring.
We also visit the office at 507 for our dental appointments and for our annual health insurance renewals. The ladies at the front desk there are simply the best! They are always friendly, professional, and eager to assist.

“I have been with Via care East Los Angeles since 2016 and have received quality , professional and courteous service. I do however want to recognize a specific person who definitely stands out. her name is Rebecca and she is currently located at the 280 S Atlantic Blvd. site. She is my Medical case worker. Ms. Rebecca and have gotten to know each other very well as she has been in my life professional for almost 2 years. When I need a medically related service she is always attentive and responsive with solutions and a positive and professional response. Ms. Rebecca was very helpful during my past experience of being homeless and living between shelters and the streets, providing me with food items which were non perishable, gift cards to purchase personal needs and hygiene kits. THANK YOU MS. REBECCA for continuously treating me with care, kindness and support. I am eternally grateful. I no longer live I the streets and have a place to call home .Ms. Rebecca continues to be supportive in the form of transportation assistance to my doctor appts, assistance with making my dr. appts, and researching additional services I need when given referrals for specialty care. Finally i truly appreciate her follow ups and concerns when I am not feeling well. Through all my hospitalizations, covid and surgeries she took the time to check in on me.
