“It's probably the nicest gas station I've seen. The ease of ingress and egress, the extra room in case it's busy, the pump layout and the store are top notch. It's pretty much brand new due to the renovation of the old station, and I hope it stays clean and sparkly. I've started using the Chevron phone app to pay at the pump, and it works great.”

“I think this CVS on Moorpark Road sometimes gets a bad reputation… It’s an older CVS and may not be as big as the one that’s by Thousand Oaks Blvd. but the customer care I receive there is more important to me. I’ve used this pharmacy for probably 18 years and throughout that whole time I’ve had established relationships with the various Pharmacy staff and they’re very caring and they follow up on what you ask them to. The line sometimes can be long, but that is not the fault of the Pharmacy. I think they’re great. I also think the people that work at the front are very nice.”

Hello I went to CVS and this is my receipt attached. I found something on Amazon that I wanted to see if it was available I went to Ulta I went to Sephora. They had no clue. I went to CVS and a woman named Caroleena helped me. She knew exactly what it was that they just gotten it in and that they weren’t going to be putting them out on the shelves right away so she went out and got me the exact thing I needed. Then she told me about some other products that were the number one products. You have a very valuable customer service Employee and I think she should be recognized her because I’m going to start shopping at CVS for make-up now because of her knowledge. Also the cosmetic area was very well organized unlike Target or Walmart! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service from Caroleena! She is absolutely Awesome ?
I can tell that Caroleena loves and takes pride in her job at CVS! You really need to take good care of her as your employee because she takes wonderful care of her department in CVS and of the CVS customers. “My mom stopped here because her vehicle was operating strangely. Mike was so thoughtful and checked the car out and even test drove it to see if he could identify what my mom was describing. He located a fuse that needed replaced and ran diagnostics. He only charged us for a small amount of oil but none of his time or labor. Frankly, it was clear how much Mike cares about people. I made sure we fueled both of our cars there and will be sure to support this shop in the future. Many thanks to Mike for his kindness.”
“Walked into the store and immediately got an overwhelming sensation of bliss and comfort. The atmosphere this man brings to the gas station is awe-inspiring, not to mention his intense care for COVID protocols which made me feel safe and warm. And to add on, his appearance fell nothing short of full regalia. He even sang a song for us as we walked in "~mask mask mask~". Not to mention he's a feminist. 10/10 would recommend everyone else that sent in reviews is lying don't trust everything you see on the internet trust no one.”

“Recently worked on a HVAC project in the area and visited the plaza for about two weeks daily.For me several factors determined value for the travel time to this location instead of two others on the way;1st was excellent grocery store for healthy food and surprisingly entire isle of choices of water;2nd was Ace hardware which is slightly understaffed but always valuable because 10 min here equates to 2 hours @ HomeD&CVS for PPE (personal protection equipment) and occupational cuts/scrapes/splinters/light injuries medicinesThere is a cvs in almost every plaza BUT when I asked for help at the pharmacy at this location an amazing lady went to grab the tweezers and extracted the splinter in my hand from a roof raptor ... i happily paid for the tweezers and returned to job siteAfter reading the angry reviews by some outspoken "karens" that should be ashamed of themselves i feel its my duty to express gratitude to the pharmacy staff for going the extra mileTrue nobody's perfect and most positive experiences never show up in reviews and it is the meanest of the mean that leave extremely nasty 1 star reviews.look at the profiles they are always treated poorly....If you are still reading my review and you had similar good experience, not perfect but still good,leave a 4 star thank you here and other places you patronize that need your voice to drown out the "karens"”
“This CVS has a good selection of items. It does seem a little pricier though. I saw some cute hats today and useful travel items. They have ice cream cakes, pet food, toys, bug spray, disinfectant wipes, wine, alcohol, etc. The pharmacy was open until 10pm which was perfect since I left UCLA urgent care around 8pm. I was able to get my medicine right away and the staff in this store was very nice.”

Her persistence and great communication is greatly appreciated.”

“Stepping into the gas station bathroom was like entering a secret society – a code-protected enclave of questionable hygiene. The flickering light overhead added an unintentional mysterious vibe, and the creaky door could rival any haunted house entrance. Surprisingly, the toilet had a seat (a rare luxury), but the secretive code couldn't shield it from a covering of mysterious liquids. As I exited, I couldn't decide if I needed a secret handshake or a hazmat suit to properly navigate this peculiar restroom escape room.”
