The Sanrio store is a cute and popular shop known for its wide selection of characters like Hello Kitty, Melody, Kuromi, and Cinnamoroll. Visitors often find it easy to access, with parking available through Macy’s and a straightforward walk-up. The store offers a variety of adorable merchandise, including character items and stationery, though some customers note that the stationery section has become smaller and features items mainly sold in Korea, which may affect prices. Many shoppers enjoy browsing the store and have a great time, especially during special events like Hello Kitty's private appearances. The store's atmosphere is generally positive, with friendly service praised by most customers. However, some reviews mention less favorable experiences, citing rude staff members that can negatively impact the visit. Overall, the store is appreciated for its cute items, convenient location, and character variety, making it a favorite destination for Sanrio fans. Despite some concerns over staff behavior and changes in merchandise focus, it remains a beloved spot to find Sanrio characters and enjoy a fun shopping experience.
