“A goldmine for Gunpla in Socal. Carl provided spectacular customer service, and an AMAZING selection of Bandai & 3rd party (In era, Infinite dimensions, no 57, fatcat) gunpla style model kits along with a great selection of tools. Walked in here on a whim and ended up finding a kit (MG Sandrock EW) I’ve been needing to complete my EW G team. Highly recommend visiting this shop. You just might find that kit you’ve been wanting.”

“Cute store, surprisingly not packed compared to other Sanrio stores I've been to. A lot of the popular ones, Hello Kitty, Melody, Kuromi, and Cinnamorrol. Not much choco cat or Kuropi. definitely had Gudetama!!”
“Ordered a wedding bouquet, chocolate covered strawberries, and rosé for my brother's wedding in the morning, got it delivered the same day to the hotel he was staying at. They called my brother, followed directions, dropped the gift off at his door-step and my brother was surprised on his wedding day. Friendly and kind staff answered the phone. Would recommend for a same day surprise kind of gift! Just note they close for an hour for lunch so if they don't answer, they're probably on break.”

“Came in looking for some Strawberry Shortcake Mystery Pens and I FOUND THEMM!! I was super excited!! BUT the reason for the review is for the spectacular customer service 🫶🏼 I am horrible with names but the two girls who were working cashier today around 4:30ish-5:00pm !! LOVED THEMM!! They were so helpful, kind, and funny!! Give them a raise haha 👌🏽”
