“Went into the Express at the Del Amo mall today and had a great shopping experience. There were 3 associates on the floor and every one of them greeted me with a smile, offered help, and provided overall amazing service. Something that you don’t tend to get very often when shopping nowadays. I’m already a fan of this brand and have been loyal to them for years. Great job for hiring such a great service oriented team. “I made a random stop at their Manhattan Beach store (just to window shop, really) and ended up scoring some caps at the bargain price of $4. I bought everything they had. (To giveaway and all...) Caught a movie across the way and thought I'd stop here to see if they had any and they did. Bought even more. I was with my Mom and found a few things she liked. We got in line to pay, and as always, cashier asked if I was making the purchase with my Old Navy card. I told them I didn't have one. She mentioned a promo and that I'd benefit whether I get approved or not. Eh, we had time. Why not. And it wasn't long before the whole thing was over: I was approved for so-and-so amount, so I asked her to charge everything on the card. I didn't realize how much I benefitted with applying: our $130+ purchase ended up going down to $50-something and change with the discount. Super score! So glad of the stop. I will be making more stops in the future for sure!”

It was a very long day and it was such a blessing to have an older woman offer me a fitting room to feed my daughter in. The staff is on point. “I've been here a few times since moving to the South Bay in August. The mall is gorgeous and big but this Hollister location is a bit compact. I've noticed this with many of the stores here, they tend to run smaller than the same store in another mall. It can feel a bit cramped especially if it's busy.Today I went to return some pants that didn't fit. It was a bit complicated because I had previously exchanged them and the store was also very busy due to the holidays but the girl that helped me was super patient. When she needed the manager she didn't just call for her, she physically went and looked for her. The employees here GET THINGS DONE! The manager politely walked her through the process but they were only able to give me store credit (which was fine, they put in so much effort I really appreciated it).Before I left the register I asked if they had a certain style I had seen online in stock (I felt bad because they had already taken so much time with me) and the girl said let me check the back room for you. She didn't have any attitude or anything, even though there were so many people in line. I was impressed.She came back with the item and then asked if I'd like to try it on. I was like YES! She was so great. Whoever trains employees at this location deserves five stars. You have a great, hardworking team with lots of patience. Thank you for a great experience!”

“Quite a big store and manage to find some cute clothing for toddlers at low prices. One star less because there's no chair at the shoes area to sit down for trying on the shoes. The checkout guy didn't offer me a bag when I bought a big box toy. You can find a good range of shoes, children books, branded toys at lowered price.”
“Grabbed some bra’s and panties (they’re THE best I’ve owned). But what made it better was Tatiana’s help. She was so patient and helpful finding my size and helping me find the right bra, it’s very hard for me to find a good bra. She made feel sooo comfortable!!! Throw everything to the trash and get yourself some Intimissimi’s, you won’t regret it!”

She welcomed me right away and helped me find the perfect pair of jeans without making me feel rushed or pressured. She explained the different fits and stretch options and made sure I felt comfortable with my choice. You can tell she really cares about helping customers feel confident in what they’re buying. Their slim fit styles are form fitting for those who struggle with thinner frames. Plus options are generally on the more affordable side.”
