“The most excellent service in recent memory was provided by furniture department manager, Andrew, at this Big Lots location. He explained the difference between furniture brands, the pros and cons of mattress selection in particular. His advice helped me to see the value and importance in investing in the long term by getting the better quality, (tho more expensive) brands. This was a lesson that my grandfather taught me decades ago, but that had somehow with all these commercials these days had slipped my mind. Bottom line, talk to Andrew when you need furniture.”

“Went into the Express at the Del Amo mall today and had a great shopping experience. There were 3 associates on the floor and every one of them greeted me with a smile, offered help, and provided overall amazing service. Something that you don’t tend to get very often when shopping nowadays. I’m already a fan of this brand and have been loyal to them for years. Great job for hiring such a great service oriented team. “Very friendly staff, went shopping here with my mom during the World Cup, came into the store wearing a Messi jersey, was not trying to shop in the store as my mom dragged me there, but a very friendly blonde lady talked to me about the game and told me that Argentina tied, the game made by day, as I was tired, as my family had to evacuate our house because they were flying helicopters in our neighborhood to fix power grid of neighborhood, and we had to be out of house 8:00am-4:00pm!!! Will definitely come back to this location once I get the money as I am too broke to shop at Vuori right now!!!”

This guy knows his stuff and how can help you put together a setup that matches how you want to ride. He made the whole process easy and made sure the board was right. “Cassie was such an angel! Every few minutes she’s check in on me when I was changing in the dressing room to see if I liked the swim suits I was trying on!
Only thing I wish for was more xLs for the big girlies since it seemed they didn’t have any in stock (which isn’t that big of a deal).

“I have had nothing but EXTREMELY positive experiences at this Madewell. (Madewell, in general happensmy favorite brand of clothing, accessories, etc., I can't get enough) I am very happy to be a madewell insider (download their app or talk to a staff member if you want details on that)! The clothes are so stylish, minimal, can be dressed up or down, and don't even get me started on the JEANS. Madewell jeans are WORTH THE HYPE. I have become a jean obssessed hoarder haha and it is easy to do with their jeans because they have many sales throughout the year. I love that they are an extremely size inclusive brand, allowing people of all body types to wear different styles of jeans that in the past, were never available to many of us (I happen to be short and they carry short style) also have tall, and curvy jeans aswell. If they don't have your size or what you want in the store they will help order them for you. The staff aren't pushy at all with helping you size or look around even if you don't buy anything but they are always there to help happily! There have been so so so many amazing staff members here, too many to possibly name. I hope the manager sees this and knows that you have an incredible staff in this store, and this is the only madewell I ever shop at now (and look forward to going here everytime- my happy place).”

She welcomed me right away and helped me find the perfect pair of jeans without making me feel rushed or pressured. She explained the different fits and stretch options and made sure I felt comfortable with my choice. You can tell she really cares about helping customers feel confident in what they’re buying. Even when the store got busy, she stayed positive, patient, and professional. Because of Neyra, I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!

“I made a random stop at their Manhattan Beach store (just to window shop, really) and ended up scoring some caps at the bargain price of $4. I bought everything they had. (To giveaway and all...) Caught a movie across the way and thought I'd stop here to see if they had any and they did. Bought even more. I was with my Mom and found a few things she liked. We got in line to pay, and as always, cashier asked if I was making the purchase with my Old Navy card. I told them I didn't have one. She mentioned a promo and that I'd benefit whether I get approved or not. Eh, we had time. Why not. And it wasn't long before the whole thing was over: I was approved for so-and-so amount, so I asked her to charge everything on the card. I didn't realize how much I benefitted with applying: our $130+ purchase ended up going down to $50-something and change with the discount. Super score! So glad of the stop. I will be making more stops in the future for sure!”
