“The most excellent service in recent memory was provided by furniture department manager, Andrew, at this Big Lots location. He explained the difference between furniture brands, the pros and cons of mattress selection in particular. His advice helped me to see the value and importance in investing in the long term by getting the better quality, (tho more expensive) brands. This was a lesson that my grandfather taught me decades ago, but that had somehow with all these commercials these days had slipped my mind. Bottom line, talk to Andrew when you need furniture.”

“Marshalls is a good store with a great variety of clothing, shoes,and housewares. Employees are professional and friendly. Plenty of parking. Marshalls has brand name merchandise from Levi's, Nike, and New balance. Their shoe ?? department is excellent ? from women's, men's, and children. Customers should come early for the best selections.”
“This location has one of best customer service person I've seen in a while. Sheila Novoll gave me EXTRA, EXTRA attention with my beautiful dress. me find the perfect dress. If you want attention to detail. Let her use her fashion gift. I would also like to mention Shina she totally helped me pick out a classy beautiful blouse I needed for another event I had to attend. Shiny went out of her way to make sure I looked fabulous for the concert. SHINA & SHEILA my go to people at this store.”
“I just found out JC Penney offers free kid crafts! Took my kiddo here today, and she loved making a spring flower wreath. The craft even comes with a free coupon for shopping for today only. Too bad it was only grab-and-go, and there was no place to actually assemble the craft there. But we found a bench in the mall to sit and do our craft.”

“Quite a big store and manage to find some cute clothing for toddlers at low prices. One star less because there's no chair at the shoes area to sit down for trying on the shoes. The checkout guy didn't offer me a bag when I bought a big box toy. You can find a good range of shoes, children books, branded toys at lowered price.”
“This is my go to Walmart for the South Bay. I absolutely do not like going to the one on 190th Street. I avoid that one at all cost. Let's just say there's a particular element there that I don't necessarily want to see or deal with when I'm shopping, but this location has everything I need. Staff are always friendly. They could smiled more but typical of Walmart staff. I'll be back ??”
“Great Curb service. Just don't go in afternoon, after 4pm it's a Zoo and the lots full of orders and usually 1 person doing the Drop-Off for Curb Service.”
“I love Ross. Just thought I'd leave a PSA for would be shoppers. Please be awear that if you purchase a lot of larger items you will need to pull your car up to the front door to shuffle everything into your car. They do not allow the carts to go outside. I knew that but just forgot. Oh and welcome to California where everything is packaged in plastic but they want you and me to take everything out of the store in a paper bag (.20 cents each). If you have large pointy items bewear it most likely will tear the bag and if it's raining good luck. So remember to bring your reusable bags with you. Happy shopping.”

Downside is EVERYTHING is locked up and you kinda get treated like a potential shoplifter, there has to be a better way to prevent loss without punishing the customer and making the staff double as security guards. But hey it’s Walmart the same company that takes life insurance policies out on its employees and leaves them out to dry if they get hurt on the job.”
“Before there was more organization...and the worst thing is that when you are with children it almost always occurs to them to want to use the bathroom because they no longer have that service ? and what a shame because many times that is also why they stop going to the stores.”

“A huge and well stocked discount store but strangely it's less crowded compared to the Ross and Marshalls stores along the same strip. The washroom was locked when I visited. This store takes a very serious view on shoplifting and there's a security guard at the entrance to control customers entrance and exit.”
“I went in today to get a new battery for my car. Damion (I hope I spelled his name right) from the tire and battery center was awesome in his customer service. Made everything easy and fast. Make sure you treat him well! I know good customer serrvice and he provided it. He's a great Sam's Club representative!”
“I wanted to acknowledge the Zumiez’s Store in Del Almo Mall. This store is one of the best stores in the entire mall. The customer service is outstanding every sales person always greets every customer and ask the customer how can they be assisted. “I was overdue for a haircut, and my naturally wavy gray hair was looking frizzy and weighing me down.
After my visit to the Optometrist at the store (who is wonderful) I picked up a coupon for a new customer discount for any service over $30.
I didn't dare hope that a salon could take me as a walk-in, but I approached Robin earlier tonight and he was so nice! He immediately took me in and we discussed what my goals were for my hair. After a lovely wash and condition, he proceeded to carefully cut and shape my hair. I could literally feel the bounce come back to my hair and the pieces fell around me.
I love that he swept up the floor before drying my hair; I love a clean environment.
He used gently dried my hair to encourage the curl and it turned out GREAT! I love it!
Of course I picked up some of my favorite hairspray too, which was on sale! Robin invited me back, and I will definitely be seeing him again.”

“I feel like this daiso location has cheaper prices than the other surrounding locations. This store was very clean there was a lot of employees stocking items on the shelf. Also helped that there was self checkout to purchase items, I feel like that made the transaction smoother.”
