“Great experience! Michael was super helpful and gave us all the information we needed to make a quick and effective mattress choice! We’re so excited to use our new mattress and get the best sleep of our lives.”
“When we went to look at mattresses today, we had a very knowledgeable, professional young guy helping us.
Yaro gave us a great deal on our brand new mattress which will get delivered tomorrow. Thank you guys.”
“Anthony was extremely helpful in guiding us to find a mattress which fit both our needs and budget. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy and were given space to make decisions. Highly recommend buying a mattress from this location.”
“Great experience coming here working with Jordan and the manager Geva. I am an extremely indecisive person and spent almost 2 hours here sitting in different recliners. I had visited 3 times total and the last time, I brought my Mom so that she could make the final decision, since I was buying for her. Jordan and Geva were very patient and helpful with me, giving me suggestions to address my concern and budget.
Delivery was quick and easy. And so far my Mom doesn't even lay on her bed anymore, she just uses the recliner. It's so relieving to finally see my Mom relaxing pain-free.”
“I had the absolute best experience last week with Lamps Plus in Torrance. I needed to find an upscale chandelier for a beach home that was in stock and available for pickup same day. I also work until 7 and their store closes at 7. Bambi, the store manager, sent me skew numbers of everything she had available. I, in turn, sent her pictures of my living room, and together we decided on one we thought would be perfect. I raced over to the store -- arrived at 6:57pm -- they had the box open for me (along with a backup option) at the counter, and I paid and was out the door by 7pm on the tick. Bambi was exceptionally helpful, as was Ada and the rest of the team. They were friendly, encouraging, and really embraced the challenge with enthusiasm. My only regret is not having more time to spend looking around because they have a wide variety of beautiful lighting to choose from. I've attached some pics below of how it turned out. I really can not recommend them highly enough. Fantastic service all around!”

“I went to the store a few times to look at a specific couch. This store is the only one in the area that has all the options for this brand. The first time was to look around. The rest of the times were because I wasn't quite ready. I finally bought the couch. Tom was so patient with me, showed me all the features (it's a sleeper sofa), let me look at all the colors. He is so nice and we enjoyed chatting. Great experience!!!”
“Denny was amazing. He was very nice and helpful. He also gave us a great deal so we ended up getting 2 mattresses thank you Denny and thank you Ortho I will recommend all my friends and family to Denny”
“This store has a wide array of cute things. Notebooks, pens, hair care, skin care, snacks from all over the world, etc. they do sell other stuff, like furniture, liquor, and other household items; however, I only go for the cute stuff. Unfortunately, they don’t always restock on some of my favorite items.”
“I had a very positive experience with Michelle at the Torrance store. She was very patient, very knowledgeable, very personable , and was such a pleasure to work with. I look forward to our new bed and hope the experience is as wonderful as the sales experience was.”
“My husband and I were referred to Sofas Tables & More. We made the BEST decision. We needed to have a custom size couch and dining room table made due to the size of our space. There wasn't a commercial store that had what we envisioned. We met with Gabriel and Vanessa and they made it happen! They worked with us through the entire process for both pieces of furniture. They are very helpful and experts in their field with excellent communication skills and customer service was top notch. I have referred many friends and clients there and will return when we need more furniture. Their showroom is amazing and their prices are very competitive. The end result is beautiful as you can see from the pictures below. WE ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY and so thankful for the referral. Run don't walk! We highly recommend Sofas Tables & More for all your furniture and home decor needs whether you need stock or custom, this place has it all! Thank you Gabriel & Vanessa!!!”
“Thank you Mr. Mak Marshal. I am totally attracted by your honesty and skillful work.
You fixed a set of floor lamp and table lamp which were given by my parents as our house warming gift. Thank you for polishing the brass lamp shades. They look brand new again.”
“Very happy with the replacement cushions (fabric and foam) for our outside sofa. Ellie was a pleasure to work with, the workmanship appears to be high quality, and the pricing was competitive.”
“Such a fun and charming shop! Every time I visit Freight House, I find something unexpected and beautiful. The space has a cozy, welcoming vibe, and the selection feels both high-quality and full of character. You can tell a lot of thought goes into choosing each item. It’s one of those places where you never leave empty-handed!”
“Omika is the Best! She’s an exceptional person who went above and beyond. She’s an example of how customer service should be! Very attentive to our needs. Will definitely recommend her and Bobs furniture!”

“Charles and Rick are both very knowledgeable, friendly, honest and helpful. I am from Las Vegas and was able to obtain the Jonathan Louis Noah Couch in less than one week. They are very patient and kind in how they service their clients. I am grateful I was able to find Urban Living Furniture online. Charles was very helpful from start to finish. Rick called a couple of times to ensure delivery went well. Thank you for your amazing services. I wish team Urban Living all the best.”
“We love our designer and the total look and feel of the furniture. Delivery is amazing albeit slow in due to shipping. The carpet we bought showed wear after 2 weeks. We reported this using the phone number online. We were asked for pictures, but never heard back after we sent. Still waiting. Our designer is following up for us which is really helpful.”

“Most of the big furniture pieces were on sale. Note they dont deliver and I think I heard the delivery they partner with is around 150 depending on distance. So if you want something bring a truck and help.”
“Great shopping experience at Costco. The warehouse is clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of products at competitive prices. Staff members were friendly, helpful, and efficient, even during busy hours. The checkout process moved quickly, and the food court remains a great value. Parking can get crowded at peak times, but the overall experience is excellent. Highly recommend for bulk shopping, quality products, and good customer service.”
“We went into this Arhaus location on a whim and decided to look around at their beautifully decorated store. We found two dining chairs on a crazy special. My wife and I both looked at each other and had a number in our minds. When we asked what the actual special price was it was just slightly over the price we had in our minds. But after talking with the wonderful sales associate Yael, we asked if they could take the cost down closer to our asking price. Yael then proceeded to ask her management for as many deals as possible. Much to our amazement she came back with an even LOWER price. Yael was awesome, a huge help, and would recommend shopping at this location.”
“Went in just to buy a gift card and ended up also purchasing a cookbook. I was assisted by Christine and she made my experience absolutely amazing. She gift wrapped the cookbook with care and flair. I can sing her praises enough. She is a true gem.”
“This Costco is the same as all the other Costco's, a large range of options, and everything you would expect, including the busy parking lot, the car wash, and tire service. I appreciate the tire air filling station, which uses nitrogen. This location is busy in the mornings on the weekdays, mid to late afternoon not so much. I just wish they carried Bobabam, which I haven't seen there in a while. Regardless, a great store.”
“I want to give a shout out to Heather, who personally walked me and my WC bound client to F63 today(8/8/26), as we probably looked like 2 lost puppies. We really appreciated having you as our store guide ❤ Hopefully this is relayed to you, also told your teammate at self checkout. Keep shining girl🫶✨”
