“I go to Walter's LAX almost on a daily Basis, these guys at the counter are always providing quick and quality service, I never have to double check material ordered cause everything is always correct. Pacific Quality Controls..”
“Great shopping experience at Costco. The warehouse is clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of products at competitive prices. Staff members were friendly, helpful, and efficient, even during busy hours. The checkout process moved quickly, and the food court remains a great value. Parking can get crowded at peak times, but the overall experience is excellent. Highly recommend for bulk shopping, quality products, and good customer service.”
“The restaurant depot is the place to go. When you're looking for something, the grocery store does not have you wanna buy in bulk? Trying to throw a party or run your business this place. It's the place for you”
“I absolutely love this Sam’s Club! It’s by far my favorite location. It’s super clean, well-organized, and fully stocked. The employees are nice, there’s plenty of parking, and the overall shopping experience is great! I’ll definitely keep coming back, this is my favorite Sam’s Club now!”
“Sadie needs a RAISE! Stupid me accidentally forgot my membership card at home. She asked if I had the app which I didn't, ughh! Not a problem, as she whipped out an iPad and typing 100 words per minute, looked me up from my ID. Meanwhile she's continuing to check out the lady before me who was digging in her purse for payment and the line is growing. Where I've seen so many other checkers get flustered or impatient, Sadie just kept a pretty smile, joyful demeanor and had us in n out without skipping a beat. What a pro! I'll add that my previous experience with customer service to receive my membership was positive also, so I'm very pleased with Sam's so far.”
“Lisa and Salso were the best! I came in with a ruptured tire and my warranty was able to cover it. I came in and they were booked for the day, but still managed to squeeze me in. They are so friendly and accommodating. The roadside assistance they offer here is amazing. I would always get my tires done here.”
“This Costco is the same as all the other Costco's, a large range of options, and everything you would expect, including the busy parking lot, the car wash, and tire service. I appreciate the tire air filling station, which uses nitrogen. This location is busy in the mornings on the weekdays, mid to late afternoon not so much. I just wish they carried Bobabam, which I haven't seen there in a while. Regardless, a great store.”
“I went in today to get a new battery for my car. Damion (I hope I spelled his name right) from the tire and battery center was awesome in his customer service. Made everything easy and fast. Make sure you treat him well! I know good customer serrvice and he provided it. He's a great Sam's Club representative!”
