So we went on a mission to get a back up tux Incase the rental tux still didn't work out after the second try on. We went to Nordstrom and had a rude experience. We went to Macy's and just couldn't find anything that fit right. Then our friend told us about here and that they had a lot of tuxes to choose from so we ran on over. The place was busy and the main guy was holding it down and killing it all by himself! He looked at my fiancé and knew his size and gave him everything he needed. He looked so amazing in his tux and the best part was the pricing! He walked out a proud new owner of a tux and I couldn't feel more at peace knowing we have this option Incase our rental tux still doesn't work out! Either way my fiancé felt so confident in it and I'm so happy he is happy! Even better he is getting it to us right before the wedding with everything already altered to his size. If you are debating to rent or buy for your wedding. Buy and buy only here for a great price and great fit!”

“Two days ago, my mom, brother and I were shopping for a suit for prom. As soon as we walked in, the owner asked us what we were shopping for and immediately started helping us look. He was very polite, attentive and listened to all our concerns. He took my brother's measurements and spent an hour finding a good quality suit and shirt that fit him perfectly at a great price and he even included complimentary socks to match with the suit.”

“I made a random stop at their Manhattan Beach store (just to window shop, really) and ended up scoring some caps at the bargain price of $4. I bought everything they had. (To giveaway and all...) Caught a movie across the way and thought I'd stop here to see if they had any and they did. Bought even more. I was with my Mom and found a few things she liked. We got in line to pay, and as always, cashier asked if I was making the purchase with my Old Navy card. I told them I didn't have one. She mentioned a promo and that I'd benefit whether I get approved or not. Eh, we had time. Why not. And it wasn't long before the whole thing was over: I was approved for so-and-so amount, so I asked her to charge everything on the card. I didn't realize how much I benefitted with applying: our $130+ purchase ended up going down to $50-something and change with the discount. Super score! So glad of the stop. I will be making more stops in the future for sure!”

“I've been here a few times since moving to the South Bay in August. The mall is gorgeous and big but this Hollister location is a bit compact. I've noticed this with many of the stores here, they tend to run smaller than the same store in another mall. It can feel a bit cramped especially if it's busy.Today I went to return some pants that didn't fit. It was a bit complicated because I had previously exchanged them and the store was also very busy due to the holidays but the girl that helped me was super patient. When she needed the manager she didn't just call for her, she physically went and looked for her. The employees here GET THINGS DONE! The manager politely walked her through the process but they were only able to give me store credit (which was fine, they put in so much effort I really appreciated it).Before I left the register I asked if they had a certain style I had seen online in stock (I felt bad because they had already taken so much time with me) and the girl said let me check the back room for you. She didn't have any attitude or anything, even though there were so many people in line. I was impressed.She came back with the item and then asked if I'd like to try it on. I was like YES! She was so great. Whoever trains employees at this location deserves five stars. You have a great, hardworking team with lots of patience. Thank you for a great experience!”
“Tino is the man! My online order never shipped, so I contacted online customer support. Weirdly enough, Rose, the online customer support, told me they cannot do anything about it and to contact the brick and mortar store to solve the issue... Tino quickly resolved my problem within minutes. On another note, the quality of their joggers are great. highly recommend”
