When I arrived, Miguel greeted me and promptly checked me in, stating that it’ll take about 45 minutes. The lobby was clean with plenty of places to sit and electrical outlets, and stocked with complimentary coffee, popcorn, and water. Within 45 minutes, Nate called to inform me that my car was ready. At check out, Mike provided a safety status check on my car and I was good to go. I appreciate the honest follow through with no strings attached, and quick and good customer service from the entire team.”
