“Stopped in to have my wheels removed and put right back on after a horrible altercation at Americas Tires and the minimal experience they have there… and the tech who helped me at Les Schwab insisted on having it taken care of right then and there but some old dude who was busy helping his own customer kept interrupting us and stopping him from helping me forcing him to make it an appointment and not help me at that point… he made sure I wasn’t going to be helped until I came in with an appointment. Old dude needs a suspension that was disrespectful and unacceptable and the young tech needs a raise and paid vacation!!! You had hours left in the day to complete a 15 minute job but refused to allow a tech to assist me because I walked in without an appointment while the shop only had 1 other customer needing assistance! The difference in experience and urgency was terribly portrayed by the older bald dude!”

“Tony's Team at Advanced Auto Body & Collision Center in Tracy CA worked miracles with our old 2001 Jeep Wrangler Sahara father-son project. They had to replace the hood, the front grill, and tail gate and straightened the frame. They got new body stickers, including the emissions sticker for the hood. The white paint job with clear coat is better than factory finish; it is just beautiful! They even repainted the bumpers and door latches. The work was completed on time, and at a very fair price. They repaired cracks in the hard top and matched and painted to the factory tan, resulting in a paint job requiring three colors. Tony pays attention to details without being asked and the shop really cares about their work. Advanced Auto Boy & Collision Center performs old school craftsmanship rarely seen today, especially in the Bay Area where finding skilled car people is very difficult. They kept the interior spotless, no over spray issues. I would use them again on the next project, and oh, you can actually reach them by phone.”
