They have done mechanical and bodywork for two of my vehicles and both times I dealt with exceptional service and was satisfied with their work. They had my transmission rebuilt in a week (also for the cheapest price in town) and completely redid my battery terminal connectors as a courtesy. They repaired a tedious dent and repainted my bed in two days for 1/5th of the price I was quoted at another shop. The waiting area is small and there's not really anywhere to walk around nearby but that's what made the quick trip worth it. I was in and out in no time. “Ive had so many bad experiences with tire shops over the years with every single one of them damaging my wheels and car (2018 Ford Fusion) in some way, when I decided to give this place a shot I was just prepared to wait forever and end up with more damage, BUT NO this place was incredibly fast! they had me done in under 15 min, were very friendly, reasonably priced and I DID NOT see ANY new damage. This place has won over a new loyal customer for as long as I live in Tracy. I will be recommending their services to my customers. “I needed 2 tires in a pinch and I decided to try and find some used tires as the new ones were a bit pricey and I just couldn't afford them at the moment. I came out to this shop because the tire shop across the street had told me they do not have any used tires in my tire size and recommended to try the shop across the street (Mr. Ed's Tire).I let the guy know which size I was looking for and after a a few minutes one of the other workers came out with a couple of tires. They were not the same brand and I asked if it was possible to see if they had matching brand tires in the back and the guy went and checked. Luckily they did and they proceeded to get the tires swapped out. Unfortunately one of the tire had an issue and the guy brought out a tire that was the same brand but a different model of tire. I contemplated just putting the old tires back on and leaving and asked if I was able to just replace one tire and put one of the old ones back on so we went to check and see which ones were the better of the two. He said none of them are good and I was just getting disappointed as the time I spent waiting was just going to be for nothing.Luckily, again, one of the guys came from the back with the same brand, same model tire to replace the bad one. I was relieved and thankful that they were able to replace my two front tires with used decent tread tires for the time being. The price was worth it and their service was quick. The customer service was great and they didn't have to go back and check again for a same branded same model tire but they did.”

“Stopped in to have my wheels removed and put right back on after a horrible altercation at Americas Tires and the minimal experience they have there… and the tech who helped me at Les Schwab insisted on having it taken care of right then and there but some old dude who was busy helping his own customer kept interrupting us and stopping him from helping me forcing him to make it an appointment and not help me at that point… he made sure I wasn’t going to be helped until I came in with an appointment. Old dude needs a suspension that was disrespectful and unacceptable and the young tech needs a raise and paid vacation!!! You had hours left in the day to complete a 15 minute job but refused to allow a tech to assist me because I walked in without an appointment while the shop only had 1 other customer needing assistance! The difference in experience and urgency was terribly portrayed by the older bald dude!”

I got flagged down on my way to work at 9:30 am because someone noticed my tire was really low, I went to this place because it was the nearest tire shop, and the man aired up my tire and told me it would probably need a patch. I asked if he would be able to do it then since I have a long commute, and he did it right then, at a really good price too!! Plus he had me in and out in under 20 minutes so I wasn't too late for work either! Very understanding and accommodating staff, I'm so thankful for the help!!!! “I have to say, I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews for the Costco tire center. My cat was past due for some new tires... and when I seen the rain in this weeks forecast I knew it was time. Called same day and they were able to fit us in. The gentleman at the counter made sure we understood the differences , Pros and Cons of the different options. We ended up selecting the highest end Michelin tire they had in stock. The exact tires I have would've been a 10 day wait for them to get them in and at this point in my life, I just need to get things done when I have the opportunity. They called about 4 hours later and let us know the car was ready for pick up. Costco uses nitrogen to fill tires instead of compressed air which retains better tire pressure overtime. They also offer an extensive Costco warranty and lifetime maintenance. Their maintenance package includes new valve stems with each service, inflation, rotations, balancing and repairs. To top the experience off I felt like we got a great deal. Not only are the Costco tires competitively priced (and they were on sale) but I was able to use 2 years of executive membership rewards that I always forget to use... and apply them to the purchase! Got them $250 cheaper! Score!”
