The shampoos and conditioners offered are top-notch quality and smell incredible. The staff (and presumable owner) were extremely kind and accommodating offering tips and checking in frequently to make sure we were good! We added on the nail trim and this groomer was FAST with it. 10/10 would go back! We left with a shiny great smelling dog.

Parking space is good, location is ready to find, the people are nice and very helpful. If I lived in this area, I would use them just based on the happy customers that I spoke to.

We had an initial meeting at this facility, and we had the pleasure of meeting with Alex. She was very welcoming and explained the program. After our dog Gizmo was there for two weeks. I could tell he was forming a bond with the Trainer, which I thought was really cool. That meant they had been spending a lot of time together to form that bond. The results have been wonderful. Gizmo has been home for just about one week now. And I take him for walks, and he stays right by my side. Zero pulling, always healing, sits, lays down, knows his place, it was definitely worth the investment.
The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and they are happy to report back on the progress of your dog. Alex was exceptional! I have no reservations about recommending this facility for your dog. If you love your dog, it isn’t going to be cheap to get them trained correctly. If you want that investment of training. I would recommend this facility.

What sets this place apart is how personal it feels. The atmosphere reminds me of a little shop I used to go to in downtown Philly when I was a teenager. It's cozy, welcoming, and run by people who genuinely care. Great people, great atmosphere, coffee and drinks that are always delicious!

They were so helpful in our adoption by calling us and letting us know the cat we inquired about earlier had become available, so we drove from Fremont to adopt her. Very nice people working here and I highly recommend them for adopting and saving a pet.
